Lots of room and a great location! It has three bedrooms plus a private loft with three twin beds. With a lovely, private hot tub, beautiful deck, all *new* kitchen counters, cabinets and appliances -- and a top of the line BBQ grill -- this home is PERFECT for entertaining in both the winter and the summer. With the ability to sleep 10 or less, it truly is a place to bring a group or a family or two and make some WONDERFUL Sun Valley memories! ~4 minute walk to the bus stop (bus seemed to come every 10-15 minutes in the morning and after skiing), nice kitchen, responsive host.

loved the hot tub and location. owner (Chris) was always very responsive and helpful as were the local assistants. special shout out to Orlie for returning almost $100- in cash that I accidentally left behind. I was/am totally impressed.

This house was perfect for our group of 8 (2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids). The kids loved the room with the foosball table and the adults found the beds to be very comfortable. The house is a 3 minute drive to the Warm Springs lift. We probably could have walked or taken the shuttle but parking is free and very close to the lift. We took the shuttle into town for dinner every night when we didn’t cook. The stop is 1 block from the house and comes every half hour. For the nights when we did cook, the house was very well stocked with everything we needed (no crockpot though). We also enjoyed the private hot tub and the fireplace. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great trip with our adult children. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Excellent communication by the host with a nearby manager if we needed anything specific. Highly recommend Chris and this property.

Was very well appointed house. It needs to be de scribed more accurately. This house description didn’t talk about the number of stairs between floors. We had two people over 80 and they had a bit of trouble maneuvering the stairs. Also did not state in the description that the house was not a free standing structure but part of a two sided townhouse. We did however have a very nice time considering. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom towels were plentiful. Great water pressure and nice appliances in kitchen. Over all our stay was pleasant.

This is one of the best stocked houses I've stayed at. It had everything we needed.
There is almost no ski in/ ski out lodging in Sun Valley. This place is one of the closer rentals. It's a short walk to the chair lift. We walked in our ski boots without issue. Our neighbors at the time said they drove and that the parking lot was convenient. We decided not to bother with a car.
The shuttle to town allowed us to get around without a car. Uber is also easy to use in the area.
All the twin beds made sleeping arrangements easy.
Places I'd recommend; Lefty's and Sawtooth for drinks. Barrio75 for food.

We had a great stay here for our ski trip. There’s plenty of comfortable beds, a spacious kitchen and living room, and we were in the hot tub and steam room daily after some great days on the mountain. It’s a quick walk to the lifts and a longer walk or very easy bus ride into town. Chris was an excellent host - very communicative and answered any questions we had promptly. Highly recommend!

Sage Haven was the perfect home for the two families we had staying in Sun Valley. Steps away from the blue line to take the bus to Warm Springs or downtown Ketchum. Amazing kitchen and amenities. The home was perfect and the property owners and managers have been the kindest and most hospitable of any property we have ever rented on VRBO. Would highly recommend

Great place for a ski group. The house was older but well kept and a very well stocked kitchen
The heated garage for our vehicle was a plus with all the snow we had. The hot tub worked well and got lots of use.

This was our second time staying at this property. Chris is really easy to work with. The property is in a great location on the Warm Springs side of town - close to the Adam's Gulch trail system in the summer or the Warm Springs lift in the winter. The property has plenty of beds for our group of 8 adults who all want a separate bed but don't mind sharing a room. It would also accommodate a couple of families as well, as there are two rooms with multiple beds and two rooms with a king or a queen.

The property was clean, spacious and well equipped. We loved the fact that we were so close to the Warm Springs lodge and a short drive to town. It was also nice to have access to the garage especially on those cold and snowy days. If I am ever back in Sun Valley, I would definitely consider coming back to this property.

Fun house, steam shower did not work, we over extended our hot tub hours and got scolded by the neighbor and the owner. Yikes!

House is in a great location (walk to lifts), clean / well appointed, and owner/manager went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly. House is even nicer in person than pictures suggest. Highly recommended.

The skiers walked down hill to the warm springs lodge 10 minutes before the first chair.
The nonskiers were in the bus around town.

We recently completed a 5-night Christmas / New Year’s holiday... the house was super clean, spacious, comfortable, warm and welcoming. The appliances were new and in great shape.
The owner was accessible and communicated with us early on and was most pleasant to speak with. The property manager went above and beyond to ensure our families were able to take advantage of the wonderful amenities on the premises (including the hot tub which was highly welcomed during the single digit winter lows). The foosball table was a huge hit for us too! They even proactively provided several common toiletries throughout the bathrooms in the house – a nice touch!
The house location is excellent, short walk to the Warm Springs lodge and easy ride over to River Run and Doller Mountain. Access to Ketchum is superb and the neighborhood is very quiet.
We loved our visit and would absolutely stay here again with our family!

Invited our grown kids and S.O.'s for a ski trip to Sun Valley. We're familiar with SV and we wanted proximity to the Warm Springs chairlift. Sage Haven is close. Not ski in/out, but absolutely manageable for folks comfortable with the cadence of maneuvering in ski gear. We'd typically walk down in the am - it's about 5 blocks - and take the shuttle back up in the eve. Shuttle stop is around the corner from the house.
Sage Haven is comfortable, super clean and very well maintained. Beds and linens were comfortable. Plenty of room for the 8 of us.
We prefer cooking to eating out and the kitchen absolutely had the space for us to do our thing!
Hot tub was an apres ski destination enjoyed by everyone!

We just returned from a week at Sage Haven and are already talking about going back. It was the best week of 2021 for sure! I have nothing but great things to say about this property. Chris was an exceptional host and checked in with us early to see if we had any questions or needed anything. The house was very comfortable, perfect after a day of skiing to just lounge and relax, it had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this property and if you're considering it think no more and book it now, you'll be glad you did!

This property was fantastic! The location is perfect. It is clean, quiet and walking distance to several trails. There is a bus stop at the end of the road so we didn’t have to drive to town. We had plenty of space with a large open living area to congregate. The kitchen had all we needed to make most of our meals together at home. There was a steam room and spa which is great after cold days outside. The property manager was very friendly and stopped by to let us know he was available if needed. I highly recommend this home for stays in the Ketchum area!

Our group was blown away by this property. It is spacious and very well equipped. The furnishings are comfortable and the hot tub and sauna are divine. We had 8 adults in our group and had plenty of room. The property manager was very friendly and helpful as well.

Summer visit to Ketchum area. House is right near warm springs ski base and great MTB trails. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We both cooked at home (with grill) and went to town for dinners. Deck is nice place to eat on cooler days. Thank you for hospitality!

This was a good property for our group, which consisted of seven 40something guys that were in town to bike and fish. Very convenient location, and plenty of beds for all of us. It would also work for a couple of families. Thanks to Chris for hosting us.

This house was a great fit for our group of parents and teens. The space accommodated our large group dinners and we greatly enjoyed using the hot tub, playing foosball, and watching movies after long days on the slopes. Chris and Orlie were kind, thoughtful, and responsive, which can really make or break a vacation rental in our experience. Thank you.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a little bit more rustic than I had imagined, but we had everything we needed. The family room is super cozy with the fireplace and vaulted ceilings. A short walk just down the hill takes you to the Warm Springs Ski Lodge. There is a ski lift and/or drinks- whatever you are in the mood for!

This house was perfect for a group ski trip! We were able to walk to the lift each day and there was plenty of space for all of our ski stuff! There were lots of beds which we really appreciated and the common spaces were perfect for hanging out after skiing. We will absolutely be back and would love to rent this place again!

Had a wonderful experience. The cabin accommodated all 10 of us with plenty of utensils, facilities, and extra items to make the stay enjoyable. The property manager and local contacts were always a text or call away. Very responsive team, helping us through questions and a few small bumps along the way. The hottub was great, but we had hoped it would have been a little bigger (max 4 at one time). But we managed and made it work. The fireplace was the center piece, always relaxing the soul after a long day of skiing. The ski hill was a 10 minute walk away. We carried our skis and towed our boots behind us. The bus stop was only 3 minutes away for those who did not feel up to the walk to the hill. If we decide to return some day, we will definitely consider this property again. Thx for all the great memories!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 and a 9 month old. We had asked about a pack n play, and within two days Ann had purchased one for our stay. She definitely went beyond our expectations. She was also able to provide local recommendations. We appreciate her quick responses. The condo had plenty of room for the kids to play while the baby slept. The condo was conveniently located and we felt the listing was displayed exactly as we experienced. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Lots of room for everyone. Lots of comfortable seating. We ate our meals on the deck, the 20-somethings relaxed in the hot tub, and the spacious steam shower was soothing.
A clean, bright home with soaring ceilings in the living areas and art work that, I think, reflected the owners travels and interests. Particularly liked the sailboats!
The owner was helpful and timely in her replies to some questions I had before arriving. She was able to allow an earlier arrival, which we really appreciated. We were so excited to be able to experience the full solar eclipse and Anne was instrumental in helping us secure the date to make it possible. Big thank you to her aligning the stars for us!
