About this house rental

Nestled in Outer Banks, this charming house for $264 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. SEMI-OCEANFRONT Rodanthe - Hatteras Island Estates (formerly Lazy Daze) With 8 bedrooms and 7½ baths, elevator, exercise room, game room, a gourmet kitchen and elegant furnishings, TIPSY TURTLE offers a grand Hatteras Island vacation. Start your vacation off with a dip in the private swimming pool and relax poolside as the kids play in the poolside entertainment area or enjoy ping pong in the protected area under the home. Stroll into the ground level of the home to find an exercise room cardio equipment and TV to keep your workout routine going. Step up to the next level for the exciting game room, sure to entertain the group! Featuring pool table, large screen TV and a wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave, this will be a favorite room in the home. This level is also home to 3 bedrooms; a king master bedroom with private bath, another king bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a pyramid bunk, both sharing the common bathroom. Stepping up to the next level you will find a den with comfortable seating and flat screen TV. Of the four bedrooms on this level, three are king master bedrooms, each with private baths. The fourth bedroom has 2 double beds and uses the hall bath. The final (and spacious) king master bedroom is found on the top level of the home, also with private master bath. The great room impresses with beautiful ocean views, vaulted ceilings and luxurious décor. Relax in front of the large screen TV mounted atop the mantel, or escape into the separate parlour with another big screen TV, large sectional and comfortable chairs. Preparing your meals is a breeze in the gourmet kitchen with high quality appliances including a large refrigerator, beverage center, two dishwashers, two ovens and a 6 burner cooktop. Two large islands provide prep space and extra seating. And once the meal is prepared, there is no better place to enjoy your meal than the dining area with an ocean view from every seat. Spacious decks off of each level of the home offer the perfect spot to unwind in the sun or shade as you listen to the sounds of the island. The top level deck offers both ocean and sound views for relaxing sunset or sunrise reveries. Be sure to book TIPSY TURTLE for your next beach vacation. But don’t delay, it will book fast! New for 2023: Covered tiki bar and grilling space added by the pool. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized. This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. *You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email.
