When we arrive the hot top and pool was dirty . But they got it cleans early the next morning

No breakfast - the location was convenient

The pool bottom cut the children't feet

Location. The pond in front. The turtles. The peacefulness and quiet. Parking. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool area.

I paid 272.00 for the pool to be heated 72 hours before our stay. The pool wasn't heated until the 3rd day we were there. This is unacceptable and I would like a refund. I have called but no one seems to care. The outside stairs were sketchy. The banister was held on by a zip tie and banisters were broken. I sent pics and called and no one seemed to care? The bed in the master bedroom was horribly uncomfortable and the king bed mattress was stained. The pool table top was shredded. Impossible to play a real game. Half the jets in the hottub didn't work. The dishwasher is broken. It was cleaned? However we found a receipt from 2019, walls were dirty and pieces of clothing were left on the steps? There was pieces of trash on the property grounds. A chicken nuggets box in the bushes?
