Overall our stay was nice. The views are amazing and relaxing and the neighborhood is very quiet. There's an easy trail located nearby. Very spacious family area and great shower pressure. The home was missing window coverings in 3 of the bedrooms, each room had 1 window without any curtains or blinds. We didn't sleep in the big master bedroom because the big picture window had no coverings. It looks like there used to be something up because there was a bolt sticking out of the wall. Also we were unaware at check-in that the house requires the water shut-off valve to be turned on during each stay which is located at the side of the house. We arrived in the evening and had to call the maintenence number, luckily they responded very quickly to show us where the valve was located. Overall our family did have a nice time during our stay here.

Cozy house
Cozy house
The top floor (kitchen, living room, balcony, and two queen bedrooms) were very nice and portrayed correctly in the listing. Everything was clean and upgraded. Just the microwave for handle was broken. Downstairs The tv and heater in the kids room didn’t work. There was hair on the towels and in the bathtub. The king room had a large window with no covering and I could hear every step that was took upstairs. In both rooms, there wasn’t any space to put our clothes. But all the beds were comfy and there was plenty of blankets.

This house is perfectly laid out for two families, with pairs of bedrooms and shared bathrooms upstairs and downstairs and a really great living room and deck area for hanging out. Though it was clean enough, the property could use some TLC. The ignition switch on the BBQ is broken, so we had to manually light it. The stove wasn't working (though they did send someone out within a few hours to fix it). Spiderwebs all over outside and lots of flies inside upon arrival. Stained carpets, a broken screen, missing horseshoe in the horseshoe pit, little things like that which would be easy enough to fix. We pretty much lived on the deck, which has incredible views of the forest and mountains. Overall, it was a great experience and the four of us really enjoyed our stay.
