Nice house, annoying process
Nice house, annoying process
It wasn't the worst experience and the home itself is quite nice, but we booked it specifically for the hot tub and I know they say you have to turn up the temp as soon as you get there to ensure it has time to heat up (which we did) but it took a full 24 hours to be ready and that was half our trip! No reason for it to not be started when the property manager checks the place. Also no clear instructions and it seems to really only heat well with the jets on which turn off automatically after some time. The master bed was also quite firm, there was trash left outside, and the check-in process was quite annoying with all the texts/forms that don't always work and a waste of time. The people were nice and I know it's not their fault, but you should know what to expect.
