The place was very nice and close to Canyon Lodge. We had a ton of snow at the time and it took a day or two before we could get the temperature inside up to a comfortable temperature. Would recommend turning fire place on hottest setting if 20 degrees or below outside.

The unit claims to have efficient heating, but DOES NOT if there is a snow storm and you are snowed in. The sources of heat for the condo are as listed in the description. The owner claims that the gas fireplace should be able to efficiently heat the condo. After waiting for a very cold FOUR HOURS, the house was not any warmer then we had found it. The internal temperature of the house with all of the heating units on at full blast was 52 degrees during the day. I had to make a rushed decision because if we stayed we would have been snowed in with minimal heat. The lack of heating for multiple days and nights during a snow storm in Mammoth is DANGEROUS. Aware of the pending storm, I attempted to reach the owner several times to confirm that it was safe for us to come with the possibility of being snowed in. I received no response. I trusted the owner, and believed that they would have alerted us if it would not be safe to stay in the condo if snowed in. I provided the owner with many opportunities to inform me that the heater was broken or inform me that the house could be very cold. After 4 hours of waiting for the condo to heat up I called the owner. She told me that I was being dramatic and ignored my concerns. I made the decision to leave. She has not responded to any of my attempts to discuss a full or partial refund.

We had a fantastic day, and so lucky that the condo itself was in such great shape. The weather was extreme so we did not get a chance to do much snowboarding. Luckily, the condo itself was cozy and clean and comfortable with lots of clean blankets there was also lots of room for dining and visiting. My one complaint would be that, the check-in wasn’t quite clear as far as where the condo was amongst the sea of other condos, and the heater didn’t work great in the main room but the fireplace Did a decent job of warming it up. Other than that Anny was fantastic with any questions we needed got us extra towels when needed, and made sure that we were comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were lots of extra throws and blankets

We REALLY enjoyed our stay at this property and will probably come back. It's been recently renovated and done well. The kitchen is well stocked; you have an enclosed garage space, and it's clean... they even stocked kerig cups for the coffee machine. I would recommend this place for families. They have detailed instructions on how to use everything in the place.

We enjoyed the comfort and updates this home has to offer. Having use of a locker at Canyon made the 10 minute walk easy and we did not have to worry about parking on a crowded weekend. The ski back trail is ski in/ski out if you are willing to learn it and there is enough snow. The covered parking is also a plus. Overall, great stay!

This will be our go-to when we go to Mammoth! Great host and had great communication. The cabin decor was so quaint! Totally new bathrooms. Close to Canyon Lodge we drove to Canyon Lodge on both days and parked. Great Views in condo. The wifi name and password is on the router behind the couch. The fireplace will heat the living room and loft. So well stocked! I was so happy to see a Keurig maching with K-Cups - what a great touch! I am grateful to our host, I thought she was great:-)

The condo was clean enough, but the outside porch was covered in snow. The owners could've taken 20 mins to shovel it off. I tried to remove it myself. The pictures make the living area look much larger than it is. It is a 10 min walk to Canyon Lodge but be prepared for a lot of uphill walking. The Wifi was not working and when I called the owner, they were not helpful and told me their son would call me to help, which never happened. The code to the Canyon Lodge lockers was not working at all. I tried calling the owners but they did not answer or call me back regarding this. Overall this really impacted our stay here since we were planning to use the lockers and wifi for work/entertainment and skiing.

My girlfriends and I had a great time at this Mammoth Condo. Nicely renovated and loved all the amenities. Thanks Anny!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing enjoyable time.

Bad start. Not cleaned upon arrival. Completely filthy. By the time I contacted the owner and she got someone up there to clean it, cost 4 hours of time and the cost to eat out that night. Plus when we got back then we had to carry everything in and get settled. So the first night was a disaster especially after traveling up there all day. Glad the Condo office person was helpful when we got there. After cleaning, the place was good. However it’s really not a ski in ski out. You would need to walk quite a way as the condo is situated on a very steep slope and with all roads completely ice I think that would have been tricky. So we ended up driving down to the parking lot and paying to park each day which was another unplanned expense. The owner was in contact until my last text so no issues with communication till the end. She gave me money back which she said was half the cost of the room but on Vrbo half the cost was more than she thought. We agreed on half the cost and when I contacted her explaining the real cost right on the Vrbo site she did not respond again. I thought the cost of a full night would have been the right thing to return for us since I had to pay for a 5 person dinner out instead of eating in and also the parking costs. Also some advice, call Vrbo right away when you run into an issue like this. Overall I wouldn’t rent this place again. Not a ski in ski out. That was the main thing I was looking for plus a clean place when I walked in.

The owner will collect 300 extra money just because he forgot 1 shirt and didn't clean the bed. but i ask I'm here to buy your services but why do I have to pack my mattress after we move out? And also said that we moved out later than scheduled, but actually we left earlier than the specified time. but the owner still thinks to collect more money Because she told us that she had to hire more cleaners. All of this happened because she rarely read the messages we sent. The water heater was broken. Giving the code to enter the room is wrong. Address is not clearly stated. Had to let us run and ask each other ourselves, contacting was difficult.

The property was perfect! Clean, updated & close enough to walk over to Canyon Lodge. The check in process was smooth & efficient. The place was cozy enough for my teenage daughter, brother in law & my nephew. The ski locker was a huge plus! We did not have to lug gear back and forth. Only downside. Be weary of steep incline drive at night when it freezes over. Be sure to have snow chains or tires… No issues after they snowplow in the morning.

Place was nice, modernized, and clean. Only thing that was an issue was the check in part. There was a major communication barrier. Lock box was not the code that was given. Had to wait in the snow when I was lower than 20 degrees with kids. Upon finally getting the cleaner associate to open door with his code, back door was open with snow inside. Central heater did not work, had to turn fireplace and bathroom heaters to warm up the place. Other than that, it was up to date, clean property with a great location.

We were driving from Los angles to mammoth which is a 6 hour drive and we were surprising my son for his birthday and we came to a messy place which hasn’t been clean yet. I booked this a month in advance and didn’t expect the place to be messy. We had friends coming over as well. I contacted the owner and she sent out someone to clean at 7pm however the towels and bedsheets still looked like they have been used and had an odor. The place was nice and location was good but it was a bummer that I had to surprise my son to a dirty place

This has to be the cleanest / best up keep property I have stay in the pass 25 years.

Our family of four stayed in this condo for three nights during the summer. The location was good, we could walk to the village area for restaurants and shopping (less than a mile). If we were staying during the winter, it is close to Canyon Lodge. Everything was comfortable and the space was nice. I particularly liked the living room, dining area kitchen space. Kitchen had a ton of supplies, but not a lot of storage for dry foods that we had brought up since all the cabinets were full. There was a closet nearby, so I put extra bags of food there. I liked having a garage to park in. Pool was pretty close by. My only negative was that it wasn’t clean when we arrived. Seems like the housekeeper did not show up to turn it over, but once I called the owner they were able to get someone over quickly to clean. We went out to dinner while that happened so it worked out. I liked that the checkout process and overall rules were a lot more relaxed than other rental places we have stayed at in the past. Very reasonable.

We really enjoyed staying in Anny’s mountain condo. It is very close to The Village and right next to Canyon Lodge. We usually stay in town near Old Mammoth Road so it wasn’t walking distance to certain activities we do regularly, but it was still close enough. The property itself is old but the condo has been completely redone . It is beautiful, very clean and organized. The bathrooms and kitchen are fully stocked and their are tons of extra cozy blankets and pillows if you need. The beds were also comfortable. We had a great time in Mammoth, thank you.

Nice, clean, updated condo close to everything.

We’ll stocked kitchen and a great use of space throughout the unit. Photos show as accurate, lovely finishes in the bathrooms. The internet gave us trouble now and again so we had to hotspot our phones, but it was not an insurmountable issue. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The condo is fully updated and beautifully decorated. It is fully stocked and has everything you’ll need! Just a short walk (very doable) to Canyon Lodge and we loved having access to the ski locker! Anny was very attentive and helpful and we will definitely stay here again! It’s our favorite condo we’ve ever stayed at and we have come to Mammoth every year for the past 20 years!!! Thank you for a great stay!
