The Host was amazing very responsive! The home was close to Disney and Universal and we enjoyed the pool on days we just wanted to relax. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Location was conveinant wuth easy access to major roads but in quiet neighborhood. House was clean and had everything we needed. Description and pictures in listing were accurate and the price was GREAT. we would definitely stay here again!

This stay was nothing short of amazing! The pictures match the accuracy of the beautiful home. The owner was an amazing host and has been more than understanding and kept open communication. We arrived late, as we were hit by a driver that had fallen asleep, half way to Florida. The owner was nice to accommodate and leave the lights on in the home. The neighbors were very kind and the neighborhood felt safe. There is a police officer that lives close in proximity as well. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and was not bored for a minute while we were there. I am extremely happy with our stay!! Thank you so much Rick!!

Everything was great and with the owner living only a few miles away I'm sure any problems would have been fixed. But we had no problems.

My husband, grandson and I stayed here for a week in June. The home was wonderfully located to Disney and Universal. It was very welcoming and spacious. The pool was nice, my grandson.loved it. The house was in nice area and many things close. It included what you need to prepare meals, and make it comfortable for your family. We enjoyed our relaxing vacation here.

We cannot recommend this home enough. The space, facilities and furnishings were excellent. Loved late evenings in the spa area of the pool and early mornings with coffee and breakfast at the poolside table area. The beds were fabulously comfortable and extra spacious! The host was great at responding to requests and queries. We shall certainly check if this property is available before making our next trip to the area.

This is a great house. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean! Loved the area, it is on a quiet cul-de-sac and near lots of shopping and close to theme parks. Would definitely stay there again!

The home was lovely and in a nice quiet area. We enjoyed swimming and the hot tub daily after long days at the park, which were all within 15-20mins away! Rick is so kind and responsive should you need anything or have questions. This was a perfect place for our family. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed our time very much. Great location not far from all the parks and shopping. In an older safe and quiet neighbourhood. Home has been gently loved by some visitors, but everything was in good working order and all the essentials were well kept and clean. Would definitely stay again when we recover from this past trip!

This was a perfect rental home. Lots of space and an updated kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and spa so, so much. The pool felt bigger than it looked in the pictures and it was heated so nicely for our March visit. I love rental homes that are clutter-free. This house was just that, but with one well-stocked cabinet upstairs that we actually utilized on a really chilly day, which was a pleasant surprise. (We played Scrabble, completed a jigsaw puzzle, and tried a few other games.) Adding that to the heated pool and the smart TVs, we were very comfortable to hide out there on our non-park days during our Orlando visit. The house was lovely overall and such a great value. Very thankful!

This villa is just perfect for a Disney trip. Average of 20 mins away from all of the parks (Universal a little longer but this is due to traffic) and everything you need is pretty much on the doorstep. Publix and Vineland premium outlets are a ten minute drive, as well as plenty of food places too! The villa itself was spotless and very welcoming, it just had a lovely feel as soon as you walked in. The estate itself was very quiet which was great for us after a long day at the parks! There was a lovely ginger cat who greeted us at the estate most evenings when we come home which was very sweet, we miss him! Everything in the villa was brilliant, from the pool, to the WiFi, washer/dryer - we just could not fault it at all. Thank you for having us Rick, we want to come back already!

We stayed at this lovely spacious home during our Christmas vacation in DisneyWorld and we absolutely loved this place. The home had everything we needed to cook indoors and grill outdoors. The washer and dryer worked great and were indoors. The pool and spa were heated even during Christmas timeframe and Rick was a wonderful host. He covered the pool and spa for us while we were at the parks to keep the heat in them. The travel time to the parks was about 15 minutes so that was great too. There were two Walmart’s very close by there as well as restaurants. Rick made checking in and out very easy and he also let us in early. Great place, great host couldn’t ask for more!

The house was clean upon arrival. Its very close to disney, which made things easy. There was a ton of literature, signage etc to help navigate the house. And the owner was helpful and accessible. We'd definitely stay again. Good value for money.

The kitchen has everything you will need for pans and utensils. Bring napkins if you want them. It had both a regular coffee pot and a kuerig. Bathrooms have shampoo and hand soap, enough for a week if you are sparing. Many places have zero. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and warm. Master bed was comfortable. Internet was fast and 99% reliable. Had one hiccup…unplugged and replugged the router…no problem after that. We were four adults and enjoyed this home and it’s proximity to the Disney parks and Discovery Cove (20 min depending on time of day). Safe neighborhood and quiet neighbors. Motion light on the driveway is wonderful when you are arriving at night. Owner is quickly responsive to communication. We visited the week after hurricane Ian and the owner had completed repairs and painted before our arrival. This was an all-around-impressive experience.

The house is amazing, the location is very good, the area is very nice. We were in the Ian hurricane and we never felt in danger, we were very protected. It's the best place we could find. Rick was on the lookout during the hurricane. I highly recommend it and more with children.

This beautiful villa was well equipped, with high ceilings and lots of space. Its conveniently located near the parks, shops and restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive which was very helpful and provided an in depth manual on the area and local amenities. All in all a wonderful stay. Thank you Rick.

Such a great stay. My daughter wanted to go swimming more than Disney lol. Great location for Disney, we utilized our Park Hopper passes much as possible. 7 mins from 2 Wal Marts, great food spots etc. Will definitely stay again.

The owner worked with us on this booking for 2 1/2 years. I moved the reservation twice because of covid. Our original flight was canceled, and we didn't get in until the next night after 1 a.m. the owner had lights in the house turned on for us so we didn't walk into the house in the dark. The property was immaculately clean. The listing and the pictures in the listing are very accurate. I have rented properties in the past where we were disappointed. Our granddaughter loved the pool and hot tub. The little touches were greatly appreciated - hand soap in each bathroom and the kitchen, a small bottle of laundry detergent and down along with some dryer sheets, a couple of garbage bags and a couple of dishwasher pads to name a few things. We had an issue because I misplaced the key, and there was a replacement key in the lockbox when we returned from our day out. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat. I would recommend this property to my family and friends. What a great experience we had! Thank you! Gail Adams
