It didn’t blow me away like other 5 star hotels. Didn’t have those extra special touches. No spa.

The hotel is in a prime location. Loved everything except for the room view. However I had a fantastic stay. Restaurant had a spectacular ambience and it’s probably one of my faves in the Dc area. Overall we had a great stay

Turn down service was a bit hit or miss Requests to the room were slow or did not happen (possibly a language problem) What a shame the roof top bar is only open a few nights a week

they offered a discount coupon for breakfast. Restaurant is nice, a little small. Food is ok

there is an open parking lot next to hotel but when we arrived valet acted like we MUST leave the car with them. They did not give proper answers about parking options and there was not concierge at the door (he came after a while). However, it is a nice hotel with good location.

Great location - walking distance to the National Mall and museums

The wait for a table at breakfast was a bit long. Could have been made easy by offering a buffet option. The gym was pretty well equipped but some cheap basics like foam rollers and exercise bands would be good.

Room photos which we saw while booking are far better than actual room. We booked the room including breakfast and on the first morning were told that we have a cap of USD25 for three of us!! went to the reception and the lady agreed - still the kids menu al-a-cart quantity is so small. for a basic breakfast (tasty but limited quantity) the bill was approx USD 100. This was an issue for us.

Two employees were great. One of them (male - middle eastern (?)) was on duty when I arrived at your motel. HE WAS EXCEPTIONAL during my ENTIRE VISIT!! He is an asset to your business. The female upstairs (also middle eastern (?)) was very helpful and friendly. Their actions go a long way for ensuring a pleasant stay - visit. The breakfast was good.

The location was excellent in City Centre Washington, steps away from all the major sights and the hotel staff were very friendly and unobtrusive. They went over and above to provide a small gift for my son's birthday. We loved our stay!!!

Location and staff were great.

The room was very spacious and well equipped. All the equipment were brand new and worked perfectly and bedding was very comfortable. Not to mention, the room was properly kept clean by the non-intrusive and efficient cleaning service. The restaurant and bars (including the roof-top bar in summer) offered qualitative, tasty and varied cuisine regardless the time of the day (breakfast, lunch or dinner). The hotel facilities are well maintained and the service is proactive. The location is also very convenient: 15min walk from the National Mall or the White House. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Conrad Washington and I would definitely consider including this hotel in my future travel plan in D.C. I would really recommend it for either business or leisure travelers who are looking for a nice place to stay in Washington D.C.

In my opinion the only down side of this hotel could be the lack of swimming pool. Apart from that, nothing to complain whatsoever.

This is my first stay while celebrating my wedding anniversary. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and willing do whatever to make our stay memorable.

Constructive feedback.... It's time to replace some of the carpeting.
