The cottage was impeccably clean and equipped with anything you could possibly need. Doreen was quick to respond to any questions we had. The property was perfect for our family. The pool was super close and the kids loved the game room and bocce sand pit. The check in and check out process was easy! We can’t wait to book another stay. Thanks again!

Well maintained grounds, pool area and clubhouse. Lots of actives for kids to do. We didnt use the fitness center but it was ckean and well stocked. Gated entry was also a big plus. Cottage was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well all week. Hosts were extremely attentive to all of our questions. Very close to shopping and beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would not hesitate to book again, loved the area

My husband and I spent a week here in this beautiful, inviting and cozy cottage. The cottage looks exactly as in the photos, but better in person! We travel several months a year and this is one of the cleanest cottages by far. The beds are comfortable, has a great shower with good pressure, and the towels smell so good, these are things I observe and like to pass on to other guests. There is nothing you need except your clothes! This little cottage has everything, the kitchen is fully equipped, living room has comfortable furniture, games, books and movies. It has washer/ dryer, an iron, ironing board and even a drying wrack. The deck is great, we sat out and had wine, cheese and crackers we bought local. We grilled out several evenings on the gas grill. Doreen and Neil made it easy to check in and out. If there was anything you had questions on they were quick to answer. They know how to make their guests feel special and welcome by a few little surprises they leave! I won’t tell you what they are, you just have to come and stay in this lovely cottage! We also loved being in the gated community, felt safe and was so close to everything. There is so much more I know I have not mentioned but this truly is a treasure and you will not be disappointed! This cottage made me smile it is a Happy place!!! Some of our favorite things we did was Walked the Marginal Way in Ogunquit (is a must) and the shops! Nubble Lighthouse, Lobster Cruise, Portland Head Lighthouse, Wells Beach, Oh Woopie Pies, Lobster rolls,Congdon’s Doughnuts. The only sad thing is we have to leave and I hope we will be able to return. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us. God Bless!

We had a great stay during our week long vacation. The neighborhood is very quiet and good for walks with the kids or riding your bike. We loved the pools, which included a kiddy pool for my toddler and it was just a short walk from the condo. Communication was great about everything! Thanks for an awesome stay.

What a perfect way to vacation. The cottage was as described, with all the amenities of home. The location gave us the opportunity to enjoy Wells & Ogunquit. We enjoyed this 2 BR cottage for a week. Owners were responsive when called. Extra snacks were a plus! Cottages on property were close to each other but the amenities were good. Pool was well maintained and plenty of area to walk property. A mile to the beach from entrance of property. Short drive to Ogunquit center

Great rental, good experience with owners. All the little details were taken care of by the owners. Close to Footbridge and Moody Beach. Clubhouse gym was nice as was the guest pool. Plenty of loungers and chairs.

This was our second year in a row renting and it was perfect for our family!

The place is really clean, and everything you could ever need. Gate issues, but the owners were responsive. Beds are not comfortable. Otherwise, we definitely recommend this place. Great location, close to pool. Dining is within a half mile. Beach is a 5 minute drive. Would come back again and again!!!

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay from turn key accommodations where you just need to pack your clothes! Doreen and Neil have though of everything for us to enjoy the beach and feel at home. We based here and day tripped to five local communities including Wells Beach, Portland, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and York. What a hidden gem. We can’t wait to return!

Very clean & comfortable for 2 adults - kitchen is small but adequate - well stocked, everything provided. Pool looked very nice & clean, but too cold to try it.

The cottage was clean, cozy and inviting upon arrival and was nice to come back to at the end of your days excursions. Doreen had little extras to make you feel welcomed. Great location set back off route 1 in quite setting but close to all the attractions in the area to take in. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

The cottage is decorated in light, airy colors which gives a cheerful vibe to it. Good location with privacy and security. Mattresses were a little more firm then we were use to , however; we managed. Owners were especially helpful and easy to communicate with.

Cottage was very clean, bright and cheery. Everything furnished and within an area where we could walk around property. Little difficult getting in and out as Rte 1 most days was backed up stop and start. Communication with the owners was the best ever.

This cottage was perfect for our vacation! Clean and welcoming! We had all the comforts of home and we were close to everything. It was so nice to be so close to the pool and bocce court! We couldn't think of a better place to be!!! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Everything you could possibly need/want is at the cottage and then some nice little extras.. It is very clean, comfortable and in a lovely location, close to beaches, restaurants and shops. The pool and clubhouse are really nice. Truly a home away from home for my husband and I. If we do find ourselves going back to Maine, Doreen and Neil's cottage is where we would want to stay. Neil and Doreen are wonderful Hosts! They had everything we needed (and even offered to get us a high chair for our little one)! The space was clean, adorable and beachy and unfortunately we had some rain during our visit but they messaged me with kids friendly indoor activities! We will def be staying again! Thanks so much!
