This Sunriver house has the feel of a rustic cabin with pleasures like a private hot tub and gas fireplace for all the comforts you need on vacation. Wood-panel ceilings and woodsy decor give a warm feeling indoors, while a deck with a gas grill is perfect for sunny days. This house also comes with 10 SHARC passes that allow access to community amenities. What's nearby: This house is a short walk from shared tennis courts and basketball courts at Fort Rock Park, as well as the Sunriver Marketplace. A short drive away, you will find two golf courses, shared pools and a fitness center at SHARC, and restaurants and shops in Sunriver Village. Other nearby activities include horseback riding, kayaking, mountain biking, and more! Things to know: Full kitchen (with dishwasher) Free WiFi Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very clean home. Having two master bedrooms was nice. The hot tub was large and really clean. The kitchen was well stocked with various cook wear. Many bikes and they were all in great condition.

We were in Sunriver to scatter my dad's ashes on the 1 year anniversary of his death. To have my mother, grandkids, partners/spouses and great grandkids under one roof was really special. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was spaced perfectly with enough bedrooms/bathrooms for all of us to gather comfortably and enjoy each others company. We had a beautiful visit. The grandkids thanked me a lot and really loved the space. Thank you for providing a beautiful home for us to lovingly remember my dad.

Property was mostly as described. Since we had toddlers in our group, we were disappointed that in the photos the deck had a small railing but when we arrived there was none. There were also no pot holders in the kitchen and only two kitchen towels. Other than that the layout and location were great. We would stay again.

We loved staying at this house and 100% plan to come again.
House was clean and with multiple master bedrooms was perfect for multiple families staying together.
My only two knocks against the place were how early check out is (10am) and the window shades have very long cords
Neither of these things were ideal for our young kids. But like I said, we definitely plan to come back!

Two master suites and two bedrooms were very comfortable for our group. Fireplace, keyless entrance and garbage disposal did not work.

The house was good size for us. It was extremely dark in the common area & bedrooms with small lamps. The kitchen was not very clean. I did express my concern to Vacasa and they did offer for
Someone to clean it again but at that point it didn’t work for our schedule. I did have to contact them to get cleaning supplies but still wasn’t provided with what I needed.
The hot tub could not have been cleaned properly prior to arrival as it was extremely murky and the blue chlorine bobber thing smelled like rotten eggs.
The location of the house was great, they had plenty of bikes for everyone, the house DOES have AC even though we were told it didn’t which was a plus!

We had a great time, and your property exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable furniture and beds, quiet safe location, clean and well stocked with the basics. Loved the Hot tub.

The only issue we all had was that we didn’t plan on the vacation to end so soon! What a great time at this beautiful home. Spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable with 6 adults and some littles running around. Bikes and helmets were an added bonus! The SHARC passes were plenty, the kids loved the amenities!

Two excellent and well-situated master suites that allowed privacy. The bunk bed room was perfect for the children. The kitchen was nicely supplied. The assortment of bikes was amazing. The hot tub and passes to the aquatic center were icing on the cake. Everything was perfect.

Great location and the house was very nice. Loved having 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms. We had a couple hiccups in the beginning of our trip and they were very fast and efficient at getting things resolved. Vacasa was amazing. First time using them and they were top notch! Highly recommend.

This home is located in a semi-private location at the end of a culdesac and offers an open living/dining floor plan. The fully stocked kitchen provides plenty of storage space for food. We enjoyed the hottub and back patio seating and utilized the BBQ grill when the weather was nice.

We had a great time with three families at this house. The layout was excellent for little kids and great to have three bathrooms. The bikes were awesome and a nice quick ride to Fort Rock Park. The only thing from the pictures we found different is that the deck/patio no longer has a railing around it. This is pretty insignificant but good to know if you have young kids. Overall loved our stay and would recommend!

This house was perfect for 2 families of 5 each. I asked the property manager if the house had a crockpot. They responded with “no” but upon arrival there was actually 2! Would have been nice if the manager knew that so I didn’t have to bring mine from home. Despite this, this kitchen was very well stocked. Had a griddle, plenty of pots and pans, and 2 crockpots. They do need a few more coffee mugs. The refrigerator is tight. We stayed for 10 days and cooked all our meals at the house due to food allergies in our group. It was not possible to fit all our groceries in the fridge. We had to use our ice chest as well. Keep in mind we had food for 10 people for 10 days. The location is great. Right off the Main Street called “Beaver” and only a quick 1.5 miles into the Sunriver Village. They have tons of bikes! Even a 2 person bicycle! The house was very clean, and we would definitely stay here again.

Sunriver Adventure
This property is the perfect amount of coziness, in a great location. We had more space than we needed as there were only two of us, but it was a great getaway. The internet worked perfectly the entire time, which was great due to my work needs. The only thing I wish I would of known is how long it takes to heat a hot tub! That was me not knowing, but I didn’t have time to hot tub until the final night, when I went to check it out, it was 75 degrees. It took hours to get it up to temperature, so I wasn’t able to enjoy it as it was the last night. I know now for future. I would stay here again.

Awesome family time!
Kitchen is nicely equipped for preparing large meals! More food storage containers would be nice. Love the large dining room table for meals and playing games! Back yard is Very nice. Hot tub is great! Walking and bike paths are great too!

Great rental in Sunriver!
We enjoyed the layout of this home. High vaulted ceilings, all on one level, 2 master bedrooms with baths and a 3rd king. Would be great for 2 or 3 couples vacationing together. We had a great time!
