Nestled in Ketchum, this lovely condo for $172 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. First Bedroom - Queen Second Bedroom - Queen Loft - Double & Twin This 2-bedroom plus loft/3-bath 2-story condo is one of our closest units to the Warm Springs lodge and lifts. The unit offers inviting, pleasing accommodations with moderate furnishings and some updated features. It has a second-floor entry and at 1,200 square feet, it will sleep up to seven guests. The living room has a 50-inch Smart TV with Roku built-in, as well as a DVD and CD player. There is wireless internet access, a wood-burning river rock fireplace, and a balcony with great views of Bald Mountain. It has a full kitchen and dining table that will seat up to 8. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, a 36-inch TV with Chromecast capability, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed with access to a full bath off the hallway. A twin and double bed are in the loft which is open to the living room. The loft also has its own bathroom with a shower only and a washer/dryer. There is a ski closet outside the unit's front door for ski storage. A sliding glass door leads to a second-floor balcony with Bald Mountain views. THIS UNIT HAS NO PHONE and no A/C. Complex Features: The Greyhawk Condominiums are located in Warm Springs about one block from the Warm Springs lifts on Bald Mountain and Après ski spots. This complex features a seasonal pool heated to 102° in winter, a sauna, and coin-operated laundry facilities. The pool opens for the winter season just a few days before Christmas. There is a free shuttle that picks up just half a block away from the condo which will transport you to downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley Resort. Parking is limited to two cars per condo and the homeowner's association does not allow vacation renters to bring pets. Please note: We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room #10 was all we needed however the pool hours have been shortened to 2PM until 8PM where it used to be open 24/7 and the water temp used to be kept to 104 degrees now it's 102 and feels cool after a 10 minute soak.

Reviewer Comments: We have been skiing the valley for 45 years, we love Warm Springs and the Grayhawk condo, cannot beat location. Enjoy dealing with Alpine Management, they are very customer oriented, very informative and things are always ready. I would recommend their services to anyone visiting the Sun Valley area!

Had a great time at the cabin, very accessible to the mountain, clean and a perfect space for our family. Nice utilities and amenities as well. FYI for those who don't know this part of bald mountain is not for beginners so beware, with the kids we ended up at dollar and driving to the River Rd area, as there were more appropriate green runs.

The location was superb if your interest is ease to get to the hill, the place was spotless when we arrived, the heated pool is a delight after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was well-stocked. This is not near the downtown area of Ketchum, so if nightlife is your aim, this isn't the place for you. There is some furniture in the unit that could use a replacement, but nonetheless we would definitely stay again with a party of 4.

Alpine Lodging only has 2 units here and they are both upstairs, both have 2 bedrooms, with a loft with more beds, 3 bathrooms and a in suite
laundry) yay. We LOVE the pool heated to 102*. Wish the owners provided full robes to get to the pool and back but, no big deal. We hope to be back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 5 nights at Greyhawk #10 for a ski getaway at Sun Valley in early Jan 2021. It was ideally located to the Warm Springs lifts - short walk on level ground, although the unit was on the second floor. The unit was three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Kitchen was sufficient and living room was quite spacious. Having a washer/dryer was a nice added feature. Will consider staying here again if we ever make it back to Sun Valley!
