The location looks out over Port Orford harbor to the Pacific. The view can't be better! The accommodations are comfortable and extremely well equipped provided you want to take care of yourself. There is a full kitchen with large refrigerator, oven, electric range and microwave and all necessary cooking utensils and cutlery, plates etc. There is a full laundry with detergent provided. The Fireplace works well and there is plenty of wood stocked in the garage area. The heating system is an electric heat pump and works very well. In summary, we love visiting Port Orford and staying in the Admiral's Landing.

The weatherstripping around the front door and the door down to the garage could be better. We had several days of very stormy weather during our stay and the winds were strong enough to cause the front door to rattle. Further, the door to the garage had drafts coming around it. Also, there is a telescope that appears to be just for show, it does not work at all as far as we could tell - a bit disappointing given the spectacular views. Other than that minor complaint nothing of note.

The location was perfect! Great ocean view. Working fireplace and the firewood was provided. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need.

The cleanliness was ok, but the cleaning staff could use more training. Certain areas were a little dusty. The futon couch was not comfortable, neither were the chairs in the living room.

Fabulous location and views and very quiet. Very comfortable for two couples. Outstanding kitchen facilities (Clearly designed to be lived in). Full laundry. Everything worked. Dog friendly. The local VACASA staff was very friendly and helpful.

We didn't find anything that we didn't like. The place is a great place to stay!

The house smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. The furniture in the living room was dirty and torn and there was grim on the walls. We did not stay at the property. Vacassa, the rental company was beyond amazing and immediately checked out the property and issued a full refund. The property was not as advertised.

Location was outstanding! Loved the views from the large front windows and proximity to walking beaches and the quaint town. We never once needed to use our car. Nice neighbors.

Wished there could've been a yard for the dog. Would've been nice to have an outdoor seating area - the parking area in front of the garage would make an ideal location! Too bad the barbeque did not work...

I liked the neighborhood. I also like the ease of renting. It was very comfortable like being in my own home. Lots of supplies to keep house clean. Appreciate you renting your home to others.

The kitchen cookware needs attention. And the window that faces the street needs a privacy blind. Also need a bucket for ashes from fireplace.
