Nestled in Annapolis, this lovely house for $400 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. A Gorgeous, Waterfront setting in the Sailing Capital of the World! Charm, Detail, and Hospitality were not spared in this newly-remodeled and totally upgraded cottage. This 2 BR, 1 BA house sleeps 4-6 people. Features include an open floor plan, with hardwood floors throughout, customized cabinetry, and granite counter tops. The modern kitchen offers all new appliances; stove, microwave, side by side refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Everything to cook up a feast! The marble tiled bathroom features a large shower, vanity and the necessities of a home away from home! The living room is furnished with a comfy sleeper sofa, two plush chairs, and a large flat screen TV with cable. A bright and sun-filled room makes a perfect setting for morning coffee or a cozy dinner at the table, seating for four. Double French Doors off the living room open to a deck with a table and chairs overlooking Back Creek and the full back yard. Relax and sit on the deck with a cold drink and enjoy the waterfront views or take advantage of the kayaks provided for you. The property is only minutes from Historic, Downtown Annapolis and has easy access to the Chesapeake Bay. Convenient shopping is within 2 miles; grocery, pharmacy, liquor stores, as well as some amazing restaurants. Just footsteps away, The Cottage offers the amenities of the marina which include a pool (in season), a shuttle service to downtown Annapolis, Fitness Center, Wi-Fi, bikes, water taxi location, and The Wet Dog Café; serving breakfast, lunch, beer, wine and packaged goods to go!

We were there for a weekend getaway in November. The cottage was charming and the pictures don’t do it justice. The location was perfect for us, close to Annapolis, Eastport, the farmers market, and quiet waters park. The view was great, and we saw bald eagles as we drank our morning coffee. The cottage itself was beautiful, clean, and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

We were immediately impressed with the space as soon as we walked in. Very cute and great location! Everything was clean and cozy and we would absolutely return! The cottage is beautiful and the view of the marina is even better. The swimming pool area has very comfortable lounge chairs and a lifeguard on duty. We had a wonderful stay and I couldn't recommend this location enough.

Captain's Cottage was a wonderful location to Annapolis Sailing School. We were able to walk our son less than 6 minutes to school. The Cottage had all the pots and pans, plus an abundance of towels. It could use more plates and utensils for the future. The pool is beautiful and impeccably clean. We were quite impressed with the cottage, however the main bedroom smells like cigarettes. I'm not sure if it was stuck in the AC or the mattress.

This place was amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. We had a wonderful relaxing time. The cottage was larger than expected. The patio was cozy and fit the four of us perfectly. It was the perfect place to watch the morning marina activities while drinking coffee.The cottage amenities were perfect. The bedrooms were sizable and quiet. The bathroom exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The cottage is a short drive to Annapolis.

Property was very attractive and well kept. I would suggest getting some new glasses. Only one wine glass. Also, plastic glassware gets a little funky after a while. I had trouble with keeping the air conditioning at a comfortable temp. Even turned off, it was way too cold for me. Otherwise, Had a great time! Thank you.

I can’t say enough good things about staying at this property. It was just fantastic from start to finish. Easy breezy all the way around. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We had such a good time sitting outside enjoying the view, walking over to the pool, enjoying the delicious breakfast and lunch at the cafe, taking the water taxi over to Annapolis, etc. We can’t wait to return! I’d give it 5+ stars if I could.

Surprisingly and pleasantly secluded. Great location with wonderful Back Creek views. Away from the hustle and hassle of downtown yet conveniently located to all Annapolis has to offer. We look forward to staying here again during Spring/Summer to take advantage of the water taxi.

This cottage was very clean and comfortable. Everything needed and extras was provided. The view was incredible. Navy homecoming with a win made this the perfect place to return to. All pictures online are accurate. It was quiet and secluded - perfect for a getaway. We recommend it highly.

Enjoyed the waterfront location and proximity to multiple marinas. The house is well maintained and just as advertised. One recommendation would be to clean the bugs and spiderwebs around the house. Otherwise everything was spot on. We will stay again sometime!

In the middle of the marina and right on the water. Great views and near downtown Annapolis. What more could you want. We had a great week. Lots to do in Annapolis and surroundings. Place was immaculate when we checked in. Good kitchen and bathroom enhances your experience. View of the water and the boats adds so much. We did the Naval Academy (don’t miss the Navy Museum in Preble Hall— truly amazing historic ship models). Aquarium in Baltimore Inner Harbor, Smithsonian and all of Washington are easy drives. Take a sailboat ride on the Woodwind or Wilma Lee into the Chesapeake Bay. We sat on the deck and watched the boats in the morning and evening after the day’s explorations. You can do the Atlantic shore towns easy from Annapolis as well as Washington DC and surrounds. Oh, don’t forget the great crab available locally all around the region. All in all a very nice cottage in a good fun location.
