About this condo rental
Hi This hotel room condo is located at The Villages at 7 Springs in the beautiful Laurel Mountains. It is a ski in/out condo located on the top of the mountain, just off the Avalanche chair lift. It is a two bedroom unit. Mini kitchen with microwave, coffee and fridge. The deck overlooks the slopes and the ski locker is handy to the trail. There is free shuttle service to pick you up and take you to the main lodge. You can do it all at 7 Springs. There is a hot tub available from September to June. In the summer months the pool and hot tub at the Sun Ridge condos is available. The exercise room accessible on our floor is available all year. A large gas grill is available behind the lounge on the deck. Two night rentals stays required.

My wife and I were staying in this condo while we attended world board game championships at the seven Spring Mountain resort. It was about a 10 minute drive to the resort, and there is a shuttle service that was running 24/7 upon request every day of the week except Sunday and Monday (and all those days it started about eight in the morning in Rantoul 11 at night). The birds were comfortable, the condo was very clean, and The space available was adequate for two people. (It can sleep for people, as there are two bedrooms each with a full size bed. However, if we had had four people in that space, I think I would’ve felt a little cramped over our nine days day. It might’ve been OK for four people over a weekend.) The hostess gave us very good directions, and the check in process

Simple, Clean, Economical, and Convenient
Stayed for two nights during the Total Archery Challenge in June 2022. Property was very clean and the location is excellent. Property manage was proactive and pleasant. During the ski season this location would be AWESOME with immediate access to the slopes!

Great, clean accommodations. Open, helpful communication with owner. Thought the hot tub was private rather than for the community - maybe my own mistake. Bit of a wait for the shuttle, but not unbearable. Would recommend and stay again.

Overnight Stay for Seven Springs Wedding
Great little place to stay while attending our nephews wedding. It’s very cozy and a little bigger than a room at the hotel. Would definitely recommend it and I would rent it again.

This was a great alternative to a hotel for a night! The place is small, but it is packed with the essentials and a great view from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our one night stay over the 4th of July. The condo is smaller and reminded me more of a 2 bedroom hotel room which worked out perfectly for the three of us. Community pool and hot tub are nice and clean.

Short Stay
My wife and I rented this property for a place to stay during the total archery challenge at seven springs. The place overall was well kept and a great stay. I would love to come back in the winter due to how close the rental is to the slopes!
