About this condo rental
Located in Portland, this charming condo for $199 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautiful newer and modern apartment with private entrance on street level. This one-bedroom apartment includes a queen-size bed plus a new sofa-bed - both with memory foam mattresses. The full kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven and range plus it is fully stocked for your stay. Irving Park is two blocks away. Starbucks & Whole Foods are just four blocks away. Walk 10 mins to Alberta Arts District or Williams District for Portland's best shops, bars, and restaurants. The bedroom has a queen bed featuring a Casper memory foam mattress, end-table and full closet. The living room has a top-grain leather sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen has everything you need to complete your stay plus a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop and microwave. You will love the Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods. There is also a full-size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. All bathroom toiletries are included. The double windows allow plenty of light or pull down the room-darkening shades for full privacy. You'll appreciate being within walking distance to some of Portland's best and well-known neighborhoods. Alberta Arts District, Mississippi District, Williams & Vancouver streets are all within a short walking distance. Downtown is only 10 minutes away by car. We are close to the city bus stops which can take you anywhere you may need to go to the metro area. We are LGBTQ friendly! Fees apply for late check-out (when available). The entrance is sidewalk level. Parking is available in front of the apartment on the street. No permit is required. Guests have access to the entire private apartment with private entrance. This apartment is on the lower level of a family home. Because we live upstairs, we are available if needed.

Super cute, super clean, amazing location! Owner returned messages within minutes and made sure to make us feel we could check in for anything any time. They have a very comprehensive list of all instructions, local places to go, medical and grocery near by. They thought of everthing! Would stay there again in a heart beat! No visible address when we arrived in the rain in the dark, as arranged. Not clear which door was ours, the keypad would not work --over and over and over again --the owner upstairs did not come down when called. Finally, he decided the deadbolt was locked and eventually unlocked it remotely. We had to ask Uber driver to wait during all of this while we stood in the rain.
Very poor welcome, The room was clean and lovely, but no extras. The pull-out couch was not made.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything thought about by the owners. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, and laundry machine with detergent. Very convenient to park the car outside the door and close to Whole Foods. Works great for adults and 2 kids. Thank you!

The place is super clean, comfortable and in a great location. Quiet, clean neighborhood with easy parking. I visit Portland at least once a year and will be making this my Portland home base. Response from owners is quick and Effecient.

We stayed in this property when we visited Portland for a concert. This is truly a 5 star accommodation. The apartment is well appointed and cozy. It is very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Since we were only in town for 2 nights we didn't cook in the kitchen but it appears well equipped. The apartment is ideally located for exploring North Portland. It is within easy walking distance of many restaurants. It was an easy 8 minute drive to the Rose Quarter. The hosts are very attentive but not intrusive. With the washer and dryer this would be great for a longer stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our first impressions of the property was that the owners thought of everything, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable from the get go. The unit contained everything one would need in ministay or even longer term. The layout was cozy yet thoughtfully designed, it is located in a great walkable neighborhood, and we really could not have asked for anything more.. We were out and about most of the time, so it was nice to come back to a tranquil, private spot that offered more than we could have hoped for. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place for us to stay and visit.

We loved our stay in NE Portland. House was great! It was so nice to be in a lovely, clean house, very quiet, comfy bed, laundry, kitchen, nice TV, felt like home! Whole Foods and Starbucks in walking distance! We hope to stay again. Owners contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space is immaculate and comfortable with great attention to detail. The property contains everything you could possibly need. One of my favorite aspects were the day/night cellular window shades because I sleep best in a very dark room. We’ve stayed in rental properties across the globe and this is one of my favorites. Our stay was excellent, and the hosts were very easy to reach when we had questions. It was super comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. It’s located in a perfect spot close to great restaurants and easy to get just about anywhere. We will definitely stay here again next time we are visiting.

Try the Holy Goat for a drink and a meal or carry out from the Whole Foods hot buffet. Both are a quick walk away. Loved this place.

So many good things are walking distance (Mississippi St was our fave) or a short Uber away. The owners were quiet, responsive and it was clear how they take pride in their rental. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Very clean, quality throughout, including all paper products. For us it was ten minutes away from family. A few blocks from MLK which connects quickly to all of Portland. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay. Perfect location for walking to some coffee shops and restaurants. Tony was very attentive to making sure all was good in unit. Loved the artwork. Just wished we could have stayed longer.

Cozy set up. Had everything in the kitchen we needed The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for two adults but other than that everything was perfect. The host is the most responsive we've ever dealt with! Would definitely go there again!
