Located in Faubourg Marigny, this charming house for $461 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. *** The Entire house is sanitized after every checkout. Professionally decorated house in the Marigny Triangle. Only 3 Blocks to the French Quarter and 4 blocks to Frenchmen Street's famous music halls. A Walkability Score of 95%! House is only two years old, but built up to the historical standards of the neighborhood. Balcony has a view of the downtown skyline. Large open living area allows groups to gather comfortably. Living area and King bedroom are located on 2nd floor. The other two bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Laundry, wifi, cable, linens, paper products, shampoo and body wash provided. My wife and I are locals and manage the property, so we are readily available for questions or needs. Please also check out our other property in New Orleans. Also, place soiled dishes in the dishwasher. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. CST. NO Early Check-ins without consent of management. This is a NON SMOKING home. Pets are not permitted under any conditions. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 23 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. No Additional fees will be charged if: a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage cans, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started. d. All keys are left in lock box and unit is left locked. e. No linens are lost or damaged. f. NO Early check-in or late check-out. h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 25% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. CANCELLATIONS: A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur loss of deposit. Cancellations that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to (6) Persons. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday and special events. Rentals taken for less than two days, will be charged the two-night rate. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen/towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - Linens and bath towels are included. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. *By Paying a Deposit, You agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.

The photos do not do this property justice; the home was beautifully appointed and perfectly situated in a vibrant neighborhood with a short drive/walk to what we wanted to access: restaurants, historic sites, and night life. We were very comfortable here--the beds, pillows, furniture, etc. were all very comfortable and well kept. Beautiful kitchen worked out well for preparing some of our meals. And being able to open up the shades/windows provided a lovely view as well as the ability to hear some of the local music. We would absolutely return here in the future. Our only suggestion would be to better outfit the kitchen with glassware and dinnerware to better align with the number of guests allowed at this property, the rate, and the aesthetics of the accommodations.

5 fortysomething women…one beautiful home on the outskirts of the quarter…couldn’t have been happier with this stay! Thank you to the kind and generous hosts who were able to make last minute accommodations for an early check in. Will definitely look to come back on future visits.

A group of 6 ladies from Michigan enjoyed our stay at Chris's beautiful home in Marigny! Chris was very attentive and quick to respond to any requests and questions we had. We were a few blocks walk from nearly everwhere we wanted/needed to be on Frenchman and the French Quarter. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly though which we loved. The house itself is beautiful and spacious! It was well stocked for cooking and has comfortable beds and bedding, which was very important to us! Looking forward to returning with another small group in the near future!

We stayed here last weekend for a bachelorette party and this was hands down one of the nicest VRBOs I have stayed in. The neighborhood is really cute and there are great breakfast places and restaurants near by. It's and easy walk to Frenchmen street and the French Qarter and as 4 women we fet totally safe walking around at night. The house itself if fabulous. Chris and his wife have gone above and beyond to make this place not only stylish but comfortable and we loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. I will absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans

6 adults for a long weekend in New Orleans. Location is a short walk to the French Quarter, but the Marigny neighborhood is a treat unto itself as well. Plenty of nearby bars and restaurants.
Property was clean, safe, with plenty of room. Furnishings were top-notch; everything we needed for the weekend.

And it really is a short walk or even shorter drive to most of the places we wanted to go. Try Budsi’s Thai next door. It’s some of the best we’ve had. My only suggestions would be some fans to help drown out some pretty bad street noise while sleeping (and for the little bunk room, which got pretty hot) and maybe darker curtains. The light & noise while trying to sleep were really our only complaints. The owners are super attentive and quick to answer questions. Thanks for a great trip!

This property is absolutely stunning! Beds were comfortable, and 2 bathrooms was no problem for 8 girls to get ready as there were plenty of mirrors and closets! We could walk everywhere but also close enough to afford Lyft rides if we wanted. The decor of the home was very elegant and appreciated by the girls. Thank you Chris for hosting us, we had an amazing time in NOLA!
