We enjoyed hiking Hocking Hills. Our code was not set to enter when we arrived and we did not have cell service so we drove to the state park lodge to get wifi. I should have checked before we arrived for contact information. The horse camping area down the road was the contact. Once we learned this we were able to drive there - open until 5 PM. We were lucky to get there at 4:30 to get help getting into the cabin. They were all very helpful, it was just a 40 minute process to get IN the cabin. My kids and husband were very worried about getting in. Once we were in my kids were so excited. The staff were helpful to get us connected to the wifi in the cabin in case we needed anything else. The lighting was limited in the cabin and the dvd player did not work. We enjoyed the hot tub and the weather was great for fall hiking. If we return we would stay with another property. This cabin worked for us during our 5 day stay and we were able to play loads of games together.

The cabin was as advertised, clean and in a great location. The property offer was responsive and great to work with throughout the vacationing process. He even went the extra mile to have firewood delivered since my buddies are I were on motorcycles. We highly recommend this property.

Cabin was clean and very nice. Hot tub was awesome. Watched Sunday and Monday nfl on direct tv in the evenings and hiked in the morning. Very close to the hiking trails. Even know cell signal was not available the WiFi was great. Set my destination before we left the cabin and got us where we were going. Also took a speaker so we could listen to pandora while we were in the hot tub. We extremely enjoyed our stay at this cabin and would book it again.

My husband, dog and I stayed for our 3rf wedding anniversary and we had a great time! Very clean and cute. Amazing hot tub and a creek in the backyard! Minutes from Hocking Hills! Would definitely recommend!

The cabin was cozy. Location was great. Very clean. Hot tub was super clean. We only had two disappointments. First, we ran out of propane. We were just about to grill our steaks and realized there was no propane. We couldn’t grill out the 2nd night. Th other thing is that we Wish someone would’ve warned us to let us know how bad the internet was. Had we been warned, we would’ve been more prepared. I understand that this is a cabin in the woods and you are suppose to break free from all the internet crap, but by the end of the night, we just wanted to relax and watch some TV or a movie. We could barely listen to music at the cabin. Had we known, we would’ve brought a DVD or some cards or games or something to entertain us at night.

The cabin was absolutely perfect! Great location. All hikes were close. Enjoyed 3 nights. The two dogs loved the yard and privacy. We will try and make it an annual family stay! Highly recommend!

Great cabin for a trip to Hocking Hills, loved the close distance to the park and hiking. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking! Also enjoyed the fire pit and the gas grill for grilling. Love the cabin inside and the beds were comfortable. I would rent it again if we come down to do some more hiking and attractions in the area.

Great communication with David. Check in process was a breeze and he was available for a couple of questions we had during our stay. Cabin is situated on a quiet road, centrally located to all the main trails and parks. Kids enjoyed the yard and creek in a back. We enjoyed our time!

David's cabin is hands down the best VRBO I have ever stayed in! The cabin itself was spotless! I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place exceeded my expectations. The area and neighborhood was very peaceful and welcoming. It was a very short drive to all of the hot spots and communication was top notch. We had forgotten our sons glasses at home and David worked with us to have them shipped and notified us upon their arrival. I could not have been happier with our entire experience. We will definitely be back!

The location was amazing and so close to all of our favorite caves and trails. Our kiddos loved the loft in the cabin as they had there own space. Really enjoyed the hot tub too.

Very nice cabin

Generally, we were very happy with the cabin. The cabin itself, was pretty nice. Suited us well. The staff was great. There were a couple of minor, although notable, things to point out. With the bathroom access right off the kitchen, the pocket door needs works to allow it to be closed easier. Several window screens were either missing or with holes. Fortunately, bugs were not an issue when we stayed there. And the screen door was missing a screen (which made the screen door more of a nuisance than anything). Other than that, the cabin was great.

Beautiful and clean cabin. Wonderful back porch. Quiet and serene. Was so convenient to the hiking at Hocking Hills State Park. Would highly recommend for a couple or family. Would definitely stay again.

We had amazing time at the Laurelei Cottage this past weekend! The location is perfect and close to most of the trails all within a 10-15 min drive. The amenities that were included were all working perfectly and even with the 90 degree weather the hot tub was a big hit. The yard is larger than expected which was great for our pup he loved running around! We were kicking ourselves because we forgot to bring our crockpot for pulled pork we had brought with us, but turns out they had one available to use in the kitchen so that worked out perfectly! We will definitely be back in the future

I value properties that I rent that are private and off the beaten path! The Laurelei Cottage didn’t disappoint! Serene and quiet setting close to many of the Hocking Hill hiking spots! Cottage has everything you need for cooking onsite and relaxing and enjoying after a day long hike! Hot tub is a welcome feature! Very clean, well- appointed cabin. Owners very attentive.

Everything we needed—lovely cabin and location Two items. Wasps upstairs(no window screens). Neice is sensitive to wasp stings so she slept on downstairs couch—said it is comfortable. Second—can opener is worn and barely works

What a dream location❤️ This cabin was so perfect! Me and my family stayed there very comfortably and had an amazing time. Only a few minutes away from all the popular destinations, right down the street from an amazing Horse Farm. These people know how to treat a guest and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was welcoming and comfortable. We will be back for sure. Everything you could ask for when looking for a getaway to relax and enjoy the beauty of Hocking Hills. I can't recommend this place enough, you won't regret it!!! 10/10
