The place was very nice. It had everything u need and more. It was very convenient and so close to everything. Quiet and family oriented. Tammy was awesome and one phone call away. I will stay here again.

Beautiful setting, pool right behind condo. Easy parking in front of condo. Golf cart tram every 15 minutes to the beach and larger pool. Beach access easy and 4 chairs and umbrellas were provided (in closet) and were great. There was a leak under the kit sink, owner said previous occupant would not allow access, but didn’t follow through with repair while we were there. We had to keep making sure the water wasn’t over-flowing. Master shower needs seal around tub replaced, it’s moldy. Guest bedroom, one bed frame squeaks considerably. Only one roll of TP per bathroom, so bring some! Grocery and restaurant’s nearby. Walmart is the best prices, and really close.

The Property was in great location w/short walk to the Beach. The par 3 9 hole golf course was fun. the property being gated was great.

We loved this villa. The kitchen was great with all the utensils, pots and pans, etc. that we needed. The location was really nice and near the pool. We are sad to leave, we enjoyed the month we stayed here. The Edgewater Resort is a fantastic place to stay.

We spent a month in this condo and it felt like home. Tammy was always available but never bothersome. I look forward to many future stays.

The condo has recently been redecorated and was just as described. Hope we can stay here again! The only issue we had was checking in at the guard gate. They only had one temporary parking pass for the condo and my daughter got it because she arrived first. Fortunately, we arrived this year before the main office closed and they were able to give us both of the passes that I paid for. Don’t know what we would have done if the office had been closed because the guard was not going to let us in, even after I showed him the email from the owner. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation with family!

Tammy was an amazing host we had no difficulties with her. The property was beautiful and completely renovated we were not expecting that! We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our vacation definitely coming back!

While the condo is in a great location and in great condition, the neighbors in this resort are a little sketchy. The unit above us had people moving chairs and dragging things non-stop at night. I communicated that to the owner but never got the acknowledgment nor any kind of response. Luckily they would stop at 10 pm, so we just dealt with the annoyance. I think the walls are paper thin so if you have noisy neighbors, you are in big trouble. On the positive side, the staff in the resort is very friendly and helpful, the kitchen in this condo is well stocked with almost all appliances and cooking gadgets. There is nothing left over from previous renters in terms of food, not even salt and pepper, so make sure to bring everything food related. Having the pool right in front of the unit is definitely a perk. We loved hanging out at our balcony and having breakfast there in the mornings.

One street over from the back to back traffic of Pier Park and Front Beach Rd. The golf villa side of Edgewater Resort is extremely clean, low key, safe and more isolated than beach front condo's side across the road. The beach front pool, bar and Ocean's restaurant have activities every night and the bartender Denise was a very special treat! Tram was an amazing convenience. Great staff. Owner Tammy was easy to get in touch with. Condo was beautiful, accommodating and very spacious for family of 4. Kids room is on the opposite side of the condo so parents can get a break!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would recommend it.

Wonderful place!! My 3 teenagers and my 10 year old daughter had a blast! My husband and I were relaxed and enjoyed everything about our stay!

We have been staying at Edgewater for 15 years through various VRBO owners. While this condo does have all the benefits of Edwater's facility, it is very dated in its decor and not very clean. There were several stains on the carpet and linens. We also found hairs in the showers and food still on dishes in the pantry. I highly recommend the owner hire another cleaning company.

All communication with owner was great. Love all the features Edgewater offers just wish the place would have been nicer. I would suggest a new cleaning company based on the dust hanging from the ceiling in the bedrooms and the overall cleanliness of the place. The refrigerator needed a wiping off of the shelves which I did along with cleaning all the surfaces in the bedrooms and light switches that were dirty. Also, the unit about has LOUD occupants who made more noise than I thought possible- especially early in the mornings( sounded like they were going to come crashing through multiple times and they must stomp when walking). The shower in the master bath half worked and if you wanted a bath in the garden tub- too bad because you could not stop the shower head from running water. I messaged and asked about it and was told she would contact her maintenance contractor however we never saw him. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom runs nonstop. I love Edgewater but this condo did not meet the standards expected at Edgewater especially for the amount paid! Cleaning fee should not be charged because the cleaners are a joke- I cleaned when we arrived more than the cleaners ever did...dust hanging from the ceiling near the air vent should not happen...

Property was exactly how it was listed. Love that the pool was directly out the back door. We enjoyed our stay.
