Charming, Bright & Clean 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Mobile Home Directly on the St Johns River. Covered Boat Dock and Lift for your Boat & 2 Jet Skis. Covered Porch with incredible view of the river. You Can Fish, Shrimp and Crab directly from the Dock. Living Room features Large Windows for Plenty of Natural Light and a Pull Out Sofa Bed, Dining Table also Converts to a Gaming Table. Living area has been updated with New Carpeting and Vinyl Plank Flooring. Fully Equipped Kitchen Features Double Oven and Flat Cook top, Dishwasher and Double Stainless Sink . Master Suite has a King Size Bed, Double Vanity and Tub/Shower Combo Bath. 2nd Bedroom features 2 twin beds. Two Smart TVs with Cable and WiFi. Washer and Dryer as well as linens and towels.

Myself and my grand daughter visited the property for our fourth trip. We fished off the dock and filled our cooler. The property was very clean and is in a safe neighborhood. Mr Jack as always is an added bonus . We will visit again soon .

This was the most perfect spot. Right on water ,boat dock. We will be back. Weather was windy but we still fish. Also did some sightseeing found baby gators some mom or dad gator.
We caught some crabs by accident they was fun. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is the second year I spent time on the river. The house, the rental agent, the “guy next door “ were ALL better than advertised! Wonderful experience, very nice accommodations and great Bass fishing! I will definitely be returning next year!

Wonderful place, clean , cozy ! Love the set up right along the river with nice easy boat access / dockage / and view. Owners next door are very kind and tentative to any issues that arise. Look forward to stay next yr !

This was a wonderful home with plenty of space inside and outside for your family. The fire pit was great on our cold nights and the patio was a cool afternoon spot to watch the boats and planes up and down the river. Close to local businesses and restaurants.

This was just what we needed to unwind! Even our dog was relaxed here. Jack was such a pleasure to visit with! We will be looking to come back in the future. Thank you so very much to the Clements!

We were four family members and a friend, we had plenty of space and loved the huge back porch and fishing right off the dock. Parking was great and Mr Jack next door is awesome. We will book again soon

The overall experience was absolutely amazing.
The whole process was incredibly easy and focused on the convenience of the customer. The location was great, clean and provisioned extremely well. Jack was super nice and accommodating; I plan to stay again next year and hopefully bring the family.

Great property w/ river access!
Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has all 5he amenities you could possibly need to prepare any meal. Pet friendly with reasonable pet cleaning fee. Terry response instantly to all messages we sent. This would be perfect for fishermen.

This was the 3rd time we’ve rented Randy’s river cottage & as usual it exceeded our expectations. Randy’s parents living next door was convenient & very pleasant to talk with. Already looking forward to our 4th stay.

Relaxing Weekend
It was much better than condos we have been staying in for several years. It was very quite; didn't have to worry about a parking spot or disturbing the neighbors up or down stairs and the kids really enjoyed the private dock. Will definitely be going back!

Welaka fishing trip get away
Everything about our stay was wonderful even though we got some rain we didn't let it get the best if our trip. We managed to do everything we planned on our little getaway with a view of an amazing river. Hospitality is beyond amazing. We will be back.

Location, location, location!
We loved our stay and could not asked asked for a better location or a nicer host! With family in the area, we will definitely keep this property in mind for future bookings. Loved the view of the St. John’s River as well.
