This modern five bedroom, four bathroom home features floor to ceiling windows with abundant natural light, an open gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother, and hardwood floors throughout creating a feeling of being one with the stunning surrounding landscape. Ocean views are everywhere in this home. Everything a family or group of friends could want or need for that fabulous getaway; beautiful, modern design, private and comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The home features 3 master bedroom suites with adjoining master bathrooms and 2 additional bedrooms as well as a full additional bathroom. The home accommodates up to 12 people. Feeling adventurous? The home is surrounded by gorgeous forest landscapes with many opportunities for wildlife sightings. Only a short walk separates you from a beautiful beach that is bonfire friendly and boasts coastal views. The charming town of Manzanita and its quaint downtown are minutes away. Stroll down Laneda Avenue and visit any of the restaurants serving delicious cuisine from gourmet breakfast & lunch specialties to a lively pub, high-end dining, and Mexican fare. Stop in at the Visitor’s Center to learn about all the activities taking place in and around town during your stay or visit any of the several artisan and boutique shops. The towns of Nehalem and Wheeler are also nearby, offering additional dining options, delightful shops and river and boating access. The house was very comfortable for our large group, the views were outstanding, the kitchen excellently outfitted with everything we needed and it was conveniently located near Manzanita which has wonderful restaurants, great grocery stores and fun shops. Host provided great info and was prompt to respond. All made for a very special family holiday!

We met our 3 sons and their families here for one week in August 2023. We absolutely love the Oregon Coa st and have had many wonderful trips there, staying in beautiful properties. Let me be clear, this is the absolute winner! The breathtaking view, the house, wow! Too many thoughtful touches to list! Berry picking along the enchanted driveway. 100% perfection in every aspect. We'll be back!

We love staying at this property. We did so two years ago and had a great time. Nothing changed during our most recent visit. Modern home, awesome location, well appointed and spacious. Manzanita is central to everything the OR northern coast has to offer, while being nicely laid back when you want to chill.

Our visit to Manzanita was made that much more special as a result of our stay at this exquisite home just outside Manzanita. This home is an architectural beauty with lots of glass and spectacular views. It was perfect for our family of 11 with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen.
Renae, our host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Everyone felt comfortable and there was plenty of room to enjoy each other. We really liked the fact that it was an open concept with comfortable furniture and not cluttered with nick-knacks. We especially like the exceptionally large dining room table that allowed us to enjoy dinners together. The kitchen was remarkable. Every appliance you would want and then some you would not expect were available. Lots of room for lots of kitchen fun. The bedrooms and baths were above and beyond. The patio, hot tub, and fire pit were put to good use everyday. A short walk to the beach and town made the location a perfect setting. This home is absolutely stunning with ocean views out of almost every window and it's as clean as a whistle - you will not regret staying here. The property management company is also top notch. Excellent service, quick responses, and professional cleanings. Couldn't ask for anything more. They truly care about making your stay 5 star.

This house was perfect for a coastal getaway with friends. There’s nothing I’d recommend changing. Renae was a very accommodating host and gave us many recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. The surrounding area is great for hiking, and it’s right near what I’d say is the best part of the beach. I’d love to come visit here again one day.

My husband and I spent the week celebrating our 40th anniversary with our grown children, their spouses, and our 6 young grandchildren. There are 12 of us and this beautifully crafted home was perfect for our family!! We cooked and shared meals together, played games, and enjoyed the incredible outdoor decks and views. The home was stocked with everything we needed. No detail is spared in the sturdy design and construction of this house. Renae is an exceptional host and responded quickly to any questions we had. We explored the area, played on the lovely beaches, and enjoyed the darling town of Manzanita. This home and experience exceeded our expectations. It helped that we were blessed by beautiful weather and we created family memories to last a lifetime!

Our extended family was beyond happy with our stay here. The views were incredible and the house layout captured those views so well. Each family had their own beautiful and well-maintained room with adjoining bathroom. The finishes were on trend and high quality, the beds were comfortable and plush, the surroundings were peaceful and serene, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked! I have zero complaints about this property….we cannot wait to return!

We had such an awesome little family reunion. The weather wasn’t great, but the location and home was amazing. The house is perfection and even has a Nespresso maker with pods and a washer and dryer with detergent! Nothing was missing, architecture, decor, furniture, fully appointed kitchen was just one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend.

We have rented between 20 and 30 properties all over the world. THIS is the best one ever.
It's hard to find enough superlatives to describe the home, and the host. First of all, this is an inspired home, architecturally. The architect was obviously given free reign and a large budget to create something important.
I don't think you could duplicate this today, with the large floor to ceiling windows. And everything works, all the doors/windows, the appliances, hot tub, you name it, everything is in working order. The TV room was great for movies/sports. Several of the en-suite bathrooms are like a personal spa.
The host gave us a comprehensive list of local activities and resources. She even sent me photos of the kitchen drawers since we tend to cook in a lot. This is the most equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. It's basically like a gourmet chef lives there. I didn't want for anything (I'm the chef).
There are extra linens/towels/pillows, even a baby crib and high chair!
Manzanita beach which is a short walk is just lovely to enjoy. It's huge and uncrowded. Cannon Beach was our favorite town for shopping/dining (10 miles north).
I'd give the experience 10 stars if I could. Treat yourself to his home, you won't regret it.

This is our 5th year returning to the property. It’s a beautiful place with a clean, modern design that feels straight out of a movie—we’ve unofficially dubbed it Stark Manor. And it’s hard to articulate how much this feels like a real home. It’s not a stark, empty rental. It’s well-appointed and decorated.
Unlike some other properties we’ve experienced, it’s very well-maintained and still feels fresh and new after 5 years. It hasn’t suffered any visible deterioration from its use as a vacation property. We continue to be thrilled to stay here every year, and sad to leave.

This was my second time staying at this house and we plan to come back every year! The house is modern, clean, spacious and gorgeous. The location is perfect - up on a hill with breathtaking views yet only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It checks all the boxes :)

This was a lovely home. It worked well for our large, multigenerational group. When unanticipated street paving was scheduled on the only access road to the property, Renae, the property manager, worked hard to minimize our inconvenience.

We had such a wonderful week here. Quiet location. You do not want for anything. The house is spacious with plenty of room. The kitchen is big and well-equipped. Beautiful views. The hot tub was a welcome addition in the evenings. A five minute drive into Manzanita. WiFi and televisions worked perfectly. We will definitiely be back! Thank you.

I don't want to give too much away because it's always nice to find the surprises on your own when you stay in a new property but I will say this house is architecturally nearly perfect and there is a massive amount of thought and details that were built into this site.
Peaceful, quiet and thought provoking are the things that come to mind. Great home and great property management!

We enjoyed every moment and deeply appreciated the luxury of space, the comfort of the bedrooms, the ease of shared cooking in the beautiful open kitchen and of course the stunning ocean views. This is an unusual, one of a kind houses that will not disappoint. There as great separation of space for our group, one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in and that says alot, the manager is ridiculously responsive which is worth gold. Loved the location, large hot tub, excellent wifi. Just great time all the way around.

Beautiful and well-maintained
This was our fourth time visiting in as many years. The property is well-maintained and doesn't feel like a well-used rental property at all. It's a lovely place with responsive management that never fails to impress.

Don’t hesitate book immediately
I read the reviews, and thought it was just people exaggerating, or being overly complimentary, but yes the photos don’t do it justice and it is better in person. Truly a magical setting, and the host exchange is also on point.
10/10 will be booking regularly!!
