Situated in Ruidoso, this lovely house for $150 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to the Pine Needles Retreat in beautiful Ruidoso, NM !! The cabin is located in the desired northern part of town, quiet and relaxing with awesome views, and plenty of wildlife, yet right off the main drive. It's just a minute to the Wild West Ski Shop, and within a mile of Ski Run Road, and the Winter Park Tubing area. Less than 5 minute drive to restaurants, a bowling alley, and mid-town shopping. The cabin is very easily accessible, has a flat driveway, only 2 steps up to the front door, main level. With a Queen bed on the upper floor, a Queen and a Double on the lower floor, and a sleeper sofa on the main floor, guests have a few options to suit their needs. Not to mention a bathroom on each level. A gas furnace keeps the cabin toasty in the Winter, and guests have access to the wood burning fireplace in the family room! (we provide firewood to guests). For summer, there are portable AC units on the upper and main floor (no central air.) We converted the garage and carport area, just steps from the house, into a game room with a homemade foosball table, dartboard, bean bag toss, and Texas washer game. The shaded carport has a large picnic table, hammock, extra seating, and a nice gas grill! The back patio right off the living room is a great spot for morning breakfast, dinners at sunset, or just relaxing and taking in the views and wildlife. * Well Stocked Kitchen (complimentary coffee/hot cocoa) * Washer/Dryer available for use * Memory Foam covers on all the mattresses * Bluray Players / Netflix / Amazon prime video on all smart tvs * Tons of Board games / WiU We try to keep the cabin clean to the best of our ability for every guest, and are constantly making upgrades to the decor, appliances, and furnishings inside and out!

This cute cabin was the absolute best place we could stay! Location wise, it was in a mountain neighborhood, but still a very out-of-the-way woodsy feel. I was happy to be away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet town was such a short trip away. Also a very quick trip to get to Ski Run Road and enjoy mountain roads from there. The home itself was warm and cozy, rooms and beds were cozy, plenty of space for us and our two kids. Everything we could possibly need was provided - kitchen pots and pans, utensils, towels - even surran wrap and tupperware for leftovers, which is rare for some rentals. There were so many games for entertainment that my kids enjoyed during down time. We stayed the week before Christmas, and the owners even had it decorated for Christmas, including a tree and stockings on the mantles. That was especially nice, thank you! We brought our own, but they also had sleds for snow fun. If we ever return to Ruidoso, we will make sure this is where we stay!

We enjoyed a snowy visit staying warm by the fire place. Cabin has a very well-stocked kitchen, numerous outdoor entertainment options, soft linens with plenty of blankets. Our only trouble was not being able to drive up to the cabin because of the snow and ice on the roads since we don’t have a 4WD. It was a fun family vacation!

It was so cute and not hard to find. Evrything was so comfortable and the decks outside as well as the game rooms made it easy to wanna stay at the house and not spend money going elsewhere. Perfect for a small family stay or just a weekend with friends😍

This cabin really is a rare find. Not only is it incredibly well stocked with all the spices, pans, kitchen basics, towels, laundry needs, etc, it also has everything you need to just relax with your people. The darts, fuse ball, hammock, TVs, 2 balconies, lots of games and movies all provide lots of options to just hang out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our only complaint is that there is no AC downstairs where the 2 beds are. The portable AC on the main level and upstairs in the master do a great job, but it gets hot downstairs and there is no fan, no ceiling fan, no AC. It’s probably fine most months, but some summer days are just too hot to sleep down there.

My family and I had a nice stay in this cabin. The location was great as it is near all of the fun activities. Our kids are at a great age (10 and 14) to have their own space for fun and sleep. Please note the master bedroom is upstairs and the second room is in the basement. We enjoyed playing some of the games provided and kids loved exploring outside around the cabin too!

The property was beyond our expectations. I chose it based on three floors and the game room. Our granddaughters loved having their own space as well as learning new games. The house was very clean and the kitchen very well stocked.

We had a great stay. Games for the kids. Bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs meaning you do climb stairs to get to the bedroom either way. Saw some elk, deer, birds. Would stay again.

I rented for a week to work remotely and escape the Texas heat. Very convenient location, private and scenic views. Also well equipped with attention to detail, and the internet was as fast as advertised. Cant wait to visit again with my family to use the whole cabin next time!

Well provisioned, good internet, lots of kitchen supplies (all basic condiments and spices). Cool game room in converted garage. Definitely would stay again. Top notch! One caveat: Cabin very easy to enter/exit, but if you have a problem with stairs, this may not be the place for you. Only the living area/kitchen is on the main/walk-in area. Accessing either bedroom requires going up and down 10-12 stairs.
