Third time renting and will be back again! Excellent central location near restaurants, shops, and the fantastic Katy Trail. Responsive hosts and very clean and comfortable VRBO. Our go to place whenever we travel to Dallas!

There 3 of us. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. One of the bedrooms and bath and kitchen were all open ceiling. If you were sitting in the small living space , one could hear the noise, flushing , showering etc. coming from the bathroom. Weird. Seating area was not comfortable and in need of updating. But worse perhaps was the bedding. There was hair all over the sheets. And bedding. I spoke with management and they told us to wash the linens. I did not travel to Dallas to do laundry and the mini washer dryer set took a long time . Management gave 60$ back on the cleaning fee. So. Hmmm.

The place was nice and in an ideal location but there is absolutely no privacy in this home. If you are staying with another couple do not book. There is no ceiling to the bathroom or bedroom to one of the rooms and it made thing very awkward and it made me very uncomfortable. It wasn’t completely clear in the listing, but I definitely wasn’t expecting it.

Fantastic experience: great location near variety of excellent restaurants, the incredible Katy Trail is just out the back door for safe walks/jogs any time of day, beds were very comfortable, good climate control for the swings in Dallas weather, extra touches provided by responsive hosts. Will definitely stay again!

It was a great place to stay, and it was just the right distance from all the tourist-y things where we felt peace and at ease in the space, but we were able to get to lots of activities quickly to enjoy our weekend!

Quiet neighborhood. Lovely decor. Well equipped. Having the Katy Trail access is wonderful. I recommend this property highly.

Just North of downtown area in nice neighborhood. Easy access on/off freeway makes it easy to get to major sites. House was spotlessly clean, well appointed with very comfortable beds. Hosts were quick with entry assistance.

This is a sweet little hideaway right in the middle of the thick of Dallas. We took an Uber to Deep Ellum for a concert. We enjoyed takeout Indian food from Roti‘s just down the street, and also went down to Krogers on Sunday morning, bought eggs and bacon, and cooked them right there for a no fuss breakfast. We felt secure and a little extra bonus was how you can walk right out the back gate onto the Katy Trail which is always busy with people. Very quiet here. We really enjoyed it.

We stayed one night on our road trip through Texas. We really enjoyed that the property is located along a bike and hike trail. It was easy to get a Lyft ride. He was there under a minute. We had everything we needed and appreciated the easy check in for an overnight.

stay was great, location, and many other things. Bathroom situation is very awkward. one bathroom vents into the other persons bedroom I think? and the other bathroom has an open ceiling to the kitchen. Poop.

This home had everything you needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. It was very clean and decorated cute. It has access to a great walking trail and located in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again when I come back to Dallas!
