About this house rental
Completely renovated modern style, beach home in the heart of Pompano Beach. You could be the first to stay in this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, just renovated in March of 2018. Everything is new! Large travertine patio area with 30'x15' heated pool with covered Lanai and fan so you can get out of the heat and lounge on plush patio furniture. Property also has a new tropical Tiki Hut with comfortable patio furniture, hammock chairs and stereo. Need a little sun, there are ample chaise lounges and comfortable Adirondack chairs around the pool. Want a little exercise, this property includes 6 Beach Cruiser Style Bikes and 1 Kids bike. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the house has a full size washer and dryer. The home can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The guest bedrooms have queen size beds and the master has a king size bed. 50" TV's are in the Master Bedroom and Family Room and a 40" TV is is in the extra family room . The extra family room has sliding glass door entry and window views of the pool patio with a large leather sectional couch, Hi-top table for games or evening drinks, a 40" television and a book shelf stocked with many novels . All TV's are Samsung Smart TV's so popular subscriptions like NetFlix, ShowTimeGo, YouTube, HBOGo and others are available. WiFi is available on the entire property. The home is located within 2 miles of the beach and takes less than 10 minutes to arrive and enjoy the world famous Pompano Beach. There are many restaurants, shopping and other entertainment within minutes of your vacation get-away. Property is pet friendly but there is a pet fee of $100 per pet and we have a weight limit of 40lbs per pet.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at this property. It was impeccably appointed with everything we could possibly need, surpassing our expectations. The attention to detail in fulfilling all possible needs was truly exceptional, and the modern and clean atmosphere added to the overall experience.
The location of the property was ideal for us. It was conveniently close to the beach (2 miles) and great restaurants, yet it maintained a peaceful and tranquil ambiance, allowing us to have a relaxing break.
The pool was a highlight for us. It was a perfect size and we particularly appreciated the natural shade provided, which allowed us to spend hours in the pool without worrying about the sun.
The hosts were incredibly attentive and took care of all our needs. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this property to couples, small groups of friends, or families. It offers everything you need for a memorable and comfortable vacation.

This house is a gem! Beautiful living space inside and out, cute decor, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything for a great girls weekend.
Property managers proactively reached out to welcome us and were very responsive.

Our stay was amazing! House was better than what was pictured! The house is well kept up, extremely comfortable, close to everything, has an amazing outdoor pool area for everyone to enjoy and the kitchen is well supplied with what is needed for a 3-4 day stay. We would absolutely book this house again!

The house was very clean and plenty of space for our group. The patio and pool were well kept, clean and the hosts provided many pool accessories for us to use! Just a short drive to the beach and we found all the stores we needed close by. Hosts offered many items to use along with our stay! A++ for the cooler and beach chairs we were able to use which was great and saved us a ton of money and running around! We were able to pack a nice lunch and use all the supplies provided by the hosts for our beach day! It was the perfect stress free weekend away and we will definitely be back in the near future!

Wonderful property. We enjoyed the pool and outside area and the house was immaculate. Perfect stay. Owners were very nice to us and accommodated a couple needs we had. They even left a welcome gift for us. Loved it and hope to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful week staying at this property. Very clean, smelled great upon arrival. Great welcome package provided made our family feel special. House is updated with top of the line kitchen and bathrooms. Nice size TVs in family areas. The pool was a treat and the outdoor tiki area was a bonus! Nice bikes provided for family evening bike rides. This place has everything to make a beach getaway perfect!!

Pompano Beach is my hometown, so when we come to visit, we love staying in places that feel like home! I love this neighborhood and everything about the house is wonderful. Decorated so lovely and the back yard is amazing, also stocked with everything you can think of! John was easy to communicate with, zero issues. We came with one dog & left with two. We unexpectedly got a puppy while in town & the back yard was great for them to run around and get to know each other. We will most definitely be back!

This property is even nicer than photos would suggest. It’s in a great location, very quiet and nice neighborhood. I hope to bring my wife back here with me as it’s a perfect place for a couple to stay. Owners were very responsible and nice and if you are looking for a low key place to relax by the pool, this is your place!

What an amazing house! It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and was stocked so well we didn’t want for a thing. The pool was wonderful and we were 2 minutes from several different beaches. They had even supplied beach chairs for us! We had originally chosen this home because they were dog friendly and we travel with our two goldendoddles. They had even supplied dog bowls and cleaning supplies for any “accidents” the fur babies might have had. Absolutely would chose this one all over again!

Our stay was great. The house was clean and accommodating. The pool was huge and the covered patio was perfect for hanging in and out of the sun. The tiki hut with cool hanging chairs and lights made it a nice spot to chill. Hosts were great too.

Plenty of room in this family home. Very well stocked kitchen. Clean well maintained property. Extremely sunny backyard. Friendly and safe neighborhood. Short walk to a few restaurants and grocery store. Any questions hosts very quick to respond.

This property was as advertised. Indoors was spacious and very well equipped to meet all of our needs. We spent a great deal of time enjoying the wonderful outdoor space and heated pool. It would have been nice to have an outdoor dining table as we spent the majority of our time outside. John and Stacy were responsive to our minimal needs while being unobtrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again.

I love this home. We have already booked for two weeks at Christmas for 2023–our third stay there. It is great to walk out patio door and get into beautiful pool. All three bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans etc. John, the host, is easy to talk to very accommodating.

I can't say enough. This property is everything that is described and alot more. It is perfectly appointed with everything a family may need during their stay. My family and I especially enjoyed the pool and cabana area. The kitchen is fully equipped. All you need is your clothes everything else is taken care of. John was very responsive although I only had to reach out to him for a very minor issue. I highly recommend this property and plan to return in the near future.

The place is clean and beautifully updated. It's in a cute neighborhood although you don't really notice.

The location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but close to everything you will need (restaurants, grocery stores, beach, etc.). The backyard is awesome!!! The tiki hut was so relaxing, the covered lanai was so nice to hangout out under and let’s not forget about the pool. The pool is amazing! We used it multiple times a day, the most we’ve swam since we were kids. What a wonderful vacation we had at this house.

Great place for a girls weekend
There was a small group of us that traveled here to celebrate a 50th birthday, and to say we had a great time would be an understatement. The house was spotless, well appointed and the yard was like a little oasis, especially the Tiki Hut with the ceiling fan. The owner was readily available to answer any questions. Bottom line, we had the best time and we will be back!!

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was a pleasant stay. The only flaw was that the dishwasher did. It work. It was not draining water so we had to disconnect it, as per the owner’s instructions. We hand wash all dishes during the two weeks we were there.

We had decided to spent our honeymoon in Florida. Our objective was a house with pool near the beach. Our online search ended when we came across this charming house in Pompano Beach.
This house had everything one could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. It was impeccably clean with a wonderful kitchen, fully stocked with cookware, appliances and dishes. Our bedroom was roomy, clean and fully furnished, with a large TV. All other rooms in the house were impeccable as well. Nothing was amiss. The hosts have thought of everything.
The pool was a delight. It was large, clean and surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs. And the Tiki Bar sitting area provided much needed shade from the sun during midday hours.
In all, we were very much impressed by the lengths the hosts have gone to in order to provide a most hospitable place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We will most definitely come back in the near future.
