"Sand, Sun & Fun" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with a queen sleeper sofa and stunning ocean views. New for 2023: Newly renovated kitchen with new fridge, quartz counters, and backsplash! Conveniently located in the middle of the building on the same level as the fitness center and walkway to the beach, so you won't miss a thing. All new living and dining room furniture and brand-new decor throughout the condo. New plank flooring, Polywood deck furniture including a raised bar dining table to enjoy meals outside while watching the waves, fresh new mattresses & bedding, and new fixtures throughout. Upgraded pots, pans, Foreman grill, Cuisinart, Keurig coffee maker, books, games, puzzles, and much much more. Baby equipment provided such as a pack-n-play, high chair, and bouncy seat, stored out of the way for guests who do not require it. Storage locker has an assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards for guests to use! Upgraded kitchenware/barware, washer/dryer in unit, free WiFi, and Firestick for streaming services. ***The elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and not guaranteed. The condo appeared as described with recent updates. It was a nice view and convenient to beach. Appreciated the use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The building itself needs a refresh but it looks like they’re working on that. Nice having the fitness center too.

This was a nice clean condo with good location. The only problem was both pools were out of commission and that was inconvenient. The other issue was maintenance was working on the sprinkler system and there was two days of pounding….would still recommend it…

I was so thrilled to have an oceanfront property that has everything that we needed at the last minute! It’s central location to everything is a huge positive to include the ovean at your back patio! Everything about this trip was seamless in regards to the condo. We appreciate it so much! They even had left a bag of chocolate chip cookies for this day, and I believe that was the biggest hit of the whole time because it was just perfect to have a cookie waiting for you after traveling! Thank you so much for that tiny but significant detail that I would’ve never thought it meant so much lol!

The only complaint I have about this property is that parking space especially in the garage is quite limited due to the ongoing construction. Besides, the swimming pool couldn't be used.

Great place with a perfect location on the beach. Easy to walk to eating places. The only hitch we had was we didn’t dare using the dryer since the screen kept falling out and was full of sand.

We loved this location as it’s right on the beach but also close to restaurants and attractions so there was always something to do. Booking and communication with First Flight Rentals was easy. Would definitely recommend.

This unit was really perfect for two couples. We loved how close it was to the beach and having the beach chairs was really nice.

Waited until last minute to let us know the pool was closed for the summer
I filtered listings specifically for a pool when we made our choice to rent this condo. We were informed by First flight rentals that I was the last one on her list that she called to inform us about the closing. She said she could try to rebook another client but no guarantees we were responsible for the rental. My problem is they knew the pool was going to be closed and waited to the last minute to let me know leaving us unable to find another place . I would never rent anything from them or recommend them to any. They are very unprofessional!!

stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom fully equipped condo with easy private access to beach. Unfortunately private pool was not open and condo across our aisle had very noise dogs (especially at night) other than that it was fantastic.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It’s in a great location and is oceanfront. We were really disappointed in the cleanliness on our last stay. The floors had not been vacuumed and had lots of sand and crumbs. I had to sweep the floor as soon as we arrived. Later that evening when sitting on the couches we noticed sand on them also. The patio also had lots of sand and crumbs. Housekeeping definitely didn’t do their job. It made us wonder what else hadn’t (really) been cleaned. I love staying here and would book it again in hopes that it would be cleaner.

This property is in a great location. Loved being able to sit on the deck and see the ocean and awesome sunrises. The condo and grounds are well maintained. The beds seemed to be okay, but after the 3rd night our backs were killing us! I had read other reviews that stated the same thing. Other than that we had an awesome stay! I would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great. We knew going in it was a first floor unit so we couldn't see the beach but we could see and hear the ocean and enjoyed it very much!

The condo is in a perfect place. The beds are not great. Even my 10 year olds back hurt after the week was over. The manager was very nice and helpful! The VRBO listing says check out is at 11, but the checkout is actually 10 according the condo. I would stay at this establishment maybe just try a different condo next time!

OBX vacation 2021
We had a wonderful time! Our condo was beautiful, parking was great, checkin/out was very easy and the owners left us everything we could possibly need - from hair dryers, to paper towels/toilet paper/etc. The property has fantastic amenities! We loved the gym, pool area and game room! Added bonus of both ping pong and cornhole down by the parking area were great as well! Seeing the surf from our deck was amazing and being right on the beach was incredible! We had a lovely time and would recommend to anyone we know! We will definitely stay again!!

In hindsight, I should’ve picked a place with less people. It has gotten very busy in that area and just walking and riding a bike was a little sketchy with so many constant cars flying by.
Didn’t appreciate having to bring my own toilet paper??? Driving a long way, just expect essentials to be there and who wants to pack things like that.
Otherwise great view and great place to stay.

Great ocean view from balcony. It had everything you could have wanted for a vacation by the beach. Very clean and communication with property manager was excellent. It was perfect for the first time of going to the outer banks.

As advertised
Super convenient location and stress-free booking, check in/out. The kitchen items are obviously well-used, but nothing out of the ordinary for a rental unit. If you’re picky about pots/pans or cooking tools, bring your own. Bedrooms are separated well to provide privacy. View and beach access are superb and parking was easy. Internet strength inside the condo is great, but not so great on the balcony. We had 3 people working remotely for a few days and had zero issues. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
