Situated in Roanoke Island, this lovely condo for $209 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Wonderful studio style apartment on the Roanoke sound. 850 sq. ft. Spacious bedroom and living area with modern, efficiency style kitchenette. Queen size bed. Full bath with tub, shower, and bidet. Large walk in closet with washer and dryer. Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, central heat/AC, gas fireplace, and FireTV. Nicely equipped kitchenette includes small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Eating area comfortably seats two adults. Outdoor gas grill. Waterfront deck access with gorgeous views. Ideal space for vacationing adults 25 years and older. No pets please. The apartment has a separate and dedicated entrance with guest parking. Excellent couples getaway. Last minute decision to head to the OBX for Labor Day. First time staying in Manteo vs Nags Head. Very nice apartment with washer/dryer for visitors and a very affectionate cat named Scarlet to greet you coming and going.

My husband and I stayed for one night during a weekend getaway to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect, with the exception of the bed. It looked lovely but was not as firm as we are used to. The frog apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated, and very quiet and private. It was the perfect place to enjoy some alone time together. Host was excellent in her communication of all details in advance.

The apartment above the garage exceeded our expectations. Very cozy and comfortable with no detail forgotten. The house is in a beautiful setting and the apartment had comfortable seating, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. It was very clean and welcoming. Laura was a very gracious host. We also loved exploring Manteo. We would love to stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The deck was amazing to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. The property was very close to downtown Manteo which was fun to experience. Greatly enjoy our stay in Manteo ! The property was lovely, well kept and Ms. Laura was an excellent hostess. The property is a couple of minutes from historic downtown Manteo, the Elizabethan Gardens, the Lost Colony and 10 minutes from the beaches. At night, the stars are incredible. It was a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle that is Nags Head. Perfect for a long weekend getaway !!! Thank you.

This is a home away from home. Great location with privacy. very Comfortable clean. If you have a bike it's perfect. Loved riding down the side streets and sidewalks with no worry of traffic. Wonderful views. The Town is very quaint yet has excess to everything you could want. Lots of places to explore including the Elizabethan Gardens. The Outer Banks, beaches, Kitty Hawk, lighthouses and more just a few miles away.

This apartment was a great place to stay for a few days in the Outer Banks, and Laura was a great host! The apartment has more than enough room and was clean, the deck out on the sound is nice, and it's just a short drive away from the Outer Banks. Laura was very accommodating for the very few problems we ran into. We will be back!

Was greeted by two super friendly outdoor cats and Laura's smiling face. The room was spotless and they provide everything you could need or want. Left home without checking the tires on my bike and they even brought me a pump. I had a glass of wine on the dock to relax after my drive and it did the trick. Bed is very comfortable, coupled with the fact you can't hear a sound, I slept like rock. I was staying by myself but there is plenty of room for a couple as it was much bigger than I had imagined. Highly recommend staying here as other friends that stayed elsewhere had less than ideal accommodations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had all we needed. Laura was very attentive. Her deck behind the house is in a perfect setting on the water looking across to Jockey's Ridge. We relaxed and watched the fish jump. We had a most comfortable stay.

We so enjoyed our stay. The apt was perfect, spacious for 2, immaculately clean, and nicely decorated. Laura’s heart is in it. We would definitely stay again. We wouldn’t hesitate at all. Morning Devotionals on the dock listening to the water.. very peaceful. She’s the perfect host.

Laura provided a beautiful decorated a studio style one room accommodation. This is perfect for a romantic short term stay for those who can walk a stairway to the rental, enjoys dogs& cats, and want to forego cooking meals. We stayed three nights and loved experiencing the quaint community of Manteo, the many restaurant options, and Laura's fury babies. My husband and I have rented many VRBO properties but this was the first staying in a rental that is a close encounter with the host/hostess. We found it very comforting. That is a testimonial to Laura's commitment to make the guests feel very comfortable.

We spent a few nights at Laura’s property, and it was wonderful. The apartment size is just right for two people. Location is perfect-quiet, calm neighborhood vibe with sound views and close to the downtown Manteo/Festival Park area. Laura was a great host, and we certainly hope to make a comeback in the fall or next spring for another relaxing getaway.

We returned to Laura’s lovely spot on Manteo for the weekend and loved it just as must as our first visit. It has everything we need for a comfortable stay, and we love sitting on the dock overlooking the bay. It is close to great beaches and restaurants on the other side of the bridge.

This rental IS an efficiency, but it is spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk in. We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the sound. The property owner was attentive, responsive and easy to communicate with by text. We had easy access to the space and were able to come and go as we wished without difficulty. All together we had an enjoyable stay and would be pleased to go back.

We had a wonderful weekend and loved this beautiful home and property. Laura had everything we needed for our stay and also allowed us to launch our kayaks from her beach. It was perfect, as were her restaurant recommendations. We hope to return!
