Enjoy the large open concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room that overlooks the field and has views of the lake. This unit features 2 bedrooms one with a queen size bed the other with a king, as well as a Sealy Sleeper Sectional Queen sofa bed (there are also twin mattress cots located in each bedroom for additional sleeping options). The unit has a private full bath off the true master as well as a full bath off the hallway where a barn door has been added allowing it to be a second master bedroom if wanted. All rooms have their own TV's and streaming apps such as YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. The living room has a smart TV for viewing Netflix and other streaming Apps as well as the fire stick apps listed above. The Villages offers many amenities to its guests including a pool with lounge chairs, grills with a seating area adjacent to the pool, a kids playground, 2 tennis courts, a bocce court, and a basketball court. The unit comes equipped with a cooler, a fold up beach/pool/child wagon, and a couple camp chairs for you to use by the pool or at the beach, as well as a bocce set, tennis racquets, and a wiffle ball set. The property also offers a parking lot to store your boat or bike trailer while you use them to enjoy the area. Laundry facilities are located on site for Village guests only. Please note that there are stairs from the parking area to the unit as well as to the entry door. Located just behind the Kellerhause Ice Cream Shop and just three blocks from the Weirs Beach Boardwalk and all it has to offer, the villages is a great spot to come and relax. Enjoy a day on the lake by walking to Weirs Beach or just put your feet up and relax by the salt water pool. Short walk to area attractions such as restaurants, bars, beach, boat rentals, mini golf, go-karts, batting cages, and more. Skiing at Gunstock only 15 minutes door to door, as well as many great trails and mountain hikes within minutes. Bank of America Pavilion concerts just a 6 mile drive away. **Please note** The unit is a non-smoking unit, Sorry, pets are not allowed, Linens are not provided as part of the rental.

The property was great. The place is bigger than I expected. It's in a great location and had everything needed.

The property was as advertised but should have noted not recommended for walking challenged individuals. Steps and no elevators is difficult for people who have leg challenges. A better description of the location directions allow difficulty in missing the facility initially.

What about Bob!!! We came up for quick birthday concert weekend. Listing was spot on. EASY/CLEAN/RELAXING. Awesome spot for summer(I would imagine). Never been to Lake W, very impressed with everything. Location for the B of NH Pavilion was also spot on, 15 mins to get from condo to parking spot. Flume was very cool. Finally, if you like Mexican food eat at Vida’s. As good as any Mexican restaurant I’ve ever dined at. Huge portions and very nice people.
All around a very nice weekend and would strongly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean! It’s extremely well laid out with generous bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are some of the most comfortable we have slept on. The living area is roomy and the deck is screened in with a nice view of the lake. In winter I imagine even more of the lake would be visible! The unit is a perfect size and configuration, and nicely updated to today’s standards. It’s located very conveniently near Weirs Beach, and the Kellerhaus, Cumberland Farms, several restaurants, gift shops, scenic train and lake tours on the Mt Washington are within walking distance. We drove everywhere though because it is quite hilly and this time of year there was plenty of parking. Note that some shops and restaurants were closed for the season but we didn’t feel limited - more than enough are open! So much to do and see!
Take note: 1) No dishwasher here (we didn’t need one) although the kitchen was very well stocked. 2) the outside steps from the parking area are treacherous, especially in the dark or rain. They are not at regular intervals which is difficult when dark. The steps can be slippery in the rain (it poured). The association should put reflective treads on each step before there is a serious fall! Terrible visibility at night! 3) lack of outlet in bathrooms.
These things don’t change the fact that we loved it here and would definitely rent this unit again!! 5 stars!

The condo had everything we needed. The two bathrooms and set up of the bedrooms was great. Very clean. The pool was wonderful. The pool, property and condo were spotless. We would highly recommend this property. I used Vrbo for the first time and I will use it again!

My family of two adults and 4 teens stayed comfortably. The condo is lovely, and everything is as described. It is Fully stocked everything… if I forgot it, they had it. It really was a fully stocked home.
The saltwater pool was a huge bonus. Deep end being 9 ft. My kids loved to be able to dive! A Heads up, there is no dishwasher, you are the dishwasher! They had a sponge and soap their thankfully because I didn’t notice that in description. Not sure if the dish soap/ sponge always available or if it was left from last tenants. Only other concern is there is no bathroom fan. So after six showers the bathroom is wet!! But that wouldn’t deter me to staying again!

A home away from home. Perfect getaway spot that has everything you need. Very clean and spacious. Whether it be for a family vacation or a couples getaway this place is perfect. Great location for all the local attractions. This is our second time staying here. We will certainly be back. Thanks for the great stay!

This property was exactly what our family was looking for. Close to Weirs Beach to enjoy the strip and the Lake, as well as a pool right at the complex for the days and nights we didn’t want to go anywhere. The unit itself was perfect and a great place for a much needed week away.

Overall, I really enjoyed our stay. The property was immaculately clean, the description online was accurate, check in and communication with the hosts was a breeze, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had a ton of cookware, and so on. The only downside I'll mention is the internet. The complex has complex-wide internet, so I don't know that there's really much the hosts can do about it...but on many days, the internet simply didn't work at all. There is an additional Verizon cellular router in the condo, but that also didn't work very well. Finally, because the TV uses streaming, the lack of internet also meant that the TV didn't work for most of our stay. It wasn't more than a minor annoyance to us because we weren't there to watch TV and weren't trying to work from home, but I would caution that if you're intending to work from home while on vacation, the internet was pretty unreliable when I stayed. Otherwise, great condo, and I'd very happily stay again!

Elisha was amazing to work with. She gave detailed instructions and tips before our arrival and was very easy to reach when we had questions once we arrived. It was hard to leave that view of the lake. Well decorated, great amenities, a perfect place to stay while in the area!

Great Condo and Prime Location
Everything was smooth, looked exactly as advertised and everything was clean and well kept. Unloading and loading the car was a bit tough with the staircase down the hill, but a good workout for a few minutes. A short trip from the beach with our 3 year old, close to all the fun! We even used the pool a bit. Wifi and cell service isn’t so good, but if you’re looking for a place to unplug and get away with family, highly recommended!

Great location for Lake Winn
The listing is all it says it is. Great location. Near Weirs beach and all surrounding entertainments.
The only thing not said in the listing that should be said- The Condo building is down a hill and has many steps to get down to and up from the parking lot. I say this because I came with my grandmother and it would have been good to know because she can not handle the stairs. Also it's good to know in case you have a lot of luggage you have to haul around.
One last thing is that you WILL hear the neighbors. It was fine all weekend until the last day when people came next door and decided to party until past 3am. I dont blame the owners that's just the name of the game.
All around a good experience and great set up! The rooms were great and the kitchen, living room, and screened porch were all used and loved! And also very much appreciated how great communication with the owners was.

Clean and quick access to everything!
This was the perfect spot for us to stay and had quick access to Wier's beach, the marinas, and pretty much anything on the lake. Elisha was awesome and VERY good at communicating any issues we had (which were very few). Will definitely consider this condo in the future!

Wonderful stay
The unit is well-thought out, spacious and very comfortable. Our kids shared the queen bed + used one of the two twin cots which was surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the wagon/other items in the closet for the beach were a nice bonus. We loved the Salt water pool as well! Elisha and Bryan were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect
What an amazing home in an amazing location! The condo is exactly as described- very spacious and private with unbelievable views. Morning coffee on the deck was perfect. The pool was in walking distance and was so clean and well maintained. It’s quite the hill to get down to the board walk so if you have young ones I would definitely drive. Elisha and Brian were very responsive and made the whole experience perfect. My only recommendation would be to have at least 8 place settings if you’re going to market your home for sleeping 8 (we just used paper/plastic that we brought anyway!)
