This is one full floor within a two family home. The interior space includes a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, three bedrooms. The exterior includes a private deck with outdoor dining area and lounge chairs plus your own private beach! I like to tell guests in advance that this is an extremely quiet beach. The booking cost is for up to six people to stay in the house. There is a strict maximum of no more than 10 persons at the house at any given time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. There is also a two car maximum. For the security of our travelers, and the home, front and rear entrances are monitored via security cameras.
