About this cottage rental
Nice extra clean 2 bedroom-2 bath cottage. . Master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom has queen bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. (please note we do not supply wood for the fireplace). The standard charge is $175.00 for 4 people. The additional charge is $15.00 per person per nite over 4 people. Minimum stay is 3 nights rental. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave oven and drip coffee maker. Glassed in sun porch off the dining area facing the Little Pigeon River. Washer/ dryer located off the kitchen area. Patio with charcoal grill. Gas grill under carport. Cottage is within walking distance (10-12 minutes walk ) to the center of Gatlinburg just a quarter of a mile away. ABSOLUTELY no pets or indoor smoking. Stay a full week (7 days) and get the 7th night free. ( you would only be charged for 6 nights if you stay a full week.)

Love the location. Within walking distance of everything on the parkway. There are no pictures of the main bathroom so it was a surprise that it was so small and dated but otherwise wr had a great time.

You will be glad you stayed here. Clean, quiet, and peaceful. Everything you need for a trip to the Smokies is right here. We enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again.

Love the home and comfort it provided as well as the location.
The river is a relaxing surreal experience always, from coffee in the morning to a night time retreat.

The property was excellent for our latest stay in Gatlinburg. A very clean and well equipped cottage with plenty of extra space to spread out and enjoy the area. Definitely have Ruth’s place on our A+ list as the location is exceptional.

It was awesome! Clean & walking distance to town or u can use the trolley stop right at the top of the street! Wonderful spot! Would stay again & probably will!

The place was amazing. The sun room was so relaxing especially hearing the creek running. The master bedroom bed, was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave it! We also saw bears twice! Once on the front porch! So do be mindful and don’t leave any trash out and only in the bear safe bins. It was so close into gatlingburgs town so that was very convenient and my overall stay was amazing. I didn’t want to leave!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Aspen Cottage. It was a cozy 2 bedroom cottage with every amenity we needed and a great location for our planned activities.
The host, Ruth, was gracious and accommodating.

The house is older but very well maintained and very clean! It was a great location with the Trolley stop right down the road. The back porch was a great place to sit near the river and relax.

The house was perfect for us. We walked to town several times so didn't haven't to worry about trying to find parking. The house had everything we needed. The owner was great. There was a bear in the yard when we arrived! I wouldn't definitely stay again

This property is right on the river. We enjoyed sitting in the patio and listening to the river. I hen it was too humid to sit outside we cracked the sunroom windows to hear the river.
Very clean. Outside of home is well maintained. Excellent communication with owner. Friendly and helpful. Many thoughtful touches. Emergency information, wifi network and password, trash information, owners contact information on the refrigerator. First aid kit in the kitchen. Tissue boxes in every room was a small detail that was greatly appreciated. In the sunroom there was a rack with many different brochures for activities in the area plus general magazines to enjoy.

House was clean and well stocked for what we needed. The location was great. Right on the river but so close to the downtown strip and attractions it’s only a short walk or quick drive! Will stay again when we return to Gatlinburg in the future!!
