Situated in Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $284 per night is a great choice for your next break. **Notice: Carolina Dunes will be undergoing construction up to May 30th, 2024. Renters are welcome but may experience elevated noise levels from construction activity** Beautiful ocean views from the oversized balcony of this updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo makes for a memorable vacation! You will feel right at home with its large open kitchen, flat screen TVs, full sized washer and dryer, spacious living room and a private balcony giving plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. Master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath, the second bedroom offers a king bed, third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (doubles on bottom and twins on top). The Carolina Dunes is located in the prestigious Golden Mile section of Myrtle Beach, known for being centrally located to all the Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and within walking distance of two restaurants, a bar and Starbucks! The Carolina Dunes also offers a Large outdoor pool and sunning deck with tables, umbrellas and chairs kiddie pool, courtyard, private walkway to the beach, outdoor showers, lobby, luggage carts, free wifi and onsite parking. - Luxury Linen package included! -4 beach chairs provided for our guests use. -This is a non smoking unit. Smoking permitted outside of condo. -No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises. -25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. -7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season. -Pool heated October 1st - December 31st and March 1st to May 15th

For the proce of this condo it is most definitely worth it. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. Ill start with the cons so we can end on a good note...The middle bedroom mattress is a spring mattress and was a bit uncomfortable. The unit itself could use some upgrades/maintenance on small things like paint touch ups, a few small fixes to cabinets, blinds, shower shelves, etc. Could use just a general upgrade to some things Small things. Overall the unit was clean, stocked, and the view is perfect from the balcony. The master bedroom has a wonderful view and the bed there is comfortable. The patio furniture is sturdy and comfortable, and the space in this unit is great for a family. The company accommodated an early and late check out which was much appreciated. We've ultimately stayed in more updated, nicer condos, but enjoyed our stay here and would stay again without hesitation.

Property was in an excellent Location. Our unit was waterfront with a beautiful view of the ocean. Unit was clean and very well laid out. They were ample pots and utensils for cooking. Pool was very conveniently located with a short walk to it. We enjoyed our vacation very much and would like to go back at some point in time and stay in this lovely unit.

The location is great but I would look for a different unit at Carolina Dunes or a neighboring building. This one was not clean. However, they were very responsive when we asked them to replace a very mildewed shower curtain and to please clean the filthy air return just inside the door. I would never ask anyone to sleep on the very squeaky bunkbeds.

We used Luxury Rentals for our stay in the Carolina Dunes for a week. We have stayed in that vuilding many times but never through Luxury Rentals! Usually we use the front desk across the street which has left us furious and relocated 3 times!! Luxury Rentals was sooo much better No hassles, no front desk, keyless entry, no hassles with our room being unavailable. What a difference!!! I'd definitely recommend using Luxury instead of the Caravelle front desk!! Room was clean with beautiful view and nicely stocked and furnished. Nothing but compliments from us!

Condo was good overall, and kitchen is really nice. Good location and overall pretty chill. Only real bummer was other units were smoking on their balconies and it seemed to always drift up when we hoped to hang out there.

There were definitely some updates needed on this condo. The middle bedroom bed…. The mattress was TERRIBLE you could feel the springs in your back…. Microwave door handle broken and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry a load of laundry. Needs some work but we made it work. Lots of beach stuff in the hall closet to use that was nice.

Not to happy with the overall condition of the condo, needed a lot of cosmetic work, with a new dryer, called numerous times, they did send someone to fix it, it still took 3 hours to dry a small load, my fault I did not call again! We did get a new washer, they immediately did get us that. The bed clothes were very dirty, I did wash all bed clothing and did not report that, it does need appliances updated, toaster worked but all dented, furniture very uncomfortable! We were there for 3 months, so I guess I noticed more! They were working on the building so we never got to use the pool or sit around it. When all said and done I would go back in a heartbeat! With a new dryer! Exceptional sunrises and views of the ocean another big plus. If only the owner would pay some attention to this could be beautiful condo! The property management took care of all my complaints the ones I told them about within a few hours or a day or two!!

almost everythingnwas great the dryer needs to be fixed it takes 3 hrs to dry a small load of clothes everything thing else was great tape on back of remote controls and out of 4 people we all either stumped toes oe fell coming in and out of deck door lights recommend on bottom

That location was accessible to everything you needed I do you think they should update a little bit especially the appliances and the televisions because if they have been smart TVs we could’ve streamed are movies that we like to watch but other than that it was a wonderful place to say

Check-in process was very easy, upon arrival everything looked very clean, the bunk beds were ok, squeaky but did the job for the kids. The other 2 beds, there were some stains on the mattress pads. After being there for a few days we noticed some “palmetto” bugs outside. I emailed management and was told they’re harmless and it’s the warm weather that draws them in. The next day we found one inside on the kitchen counter; it was our last night we caught and disposed of it.

Condo was very well stocked w dishes and whatnot. We did have to buy trash bags and toilet paper and I wish those were supplied but there was a dollar store nearby. The only issue we had was the door latch got caught a few times and I sent a message and they replied promptly and sent maintenance out. This condo does not have any of the bells and whistles as others do (breakfast bar, lazy rivers, etc..) but it was very worth it for a relaxing quiet stay! Outdoor bathrooms by the pool was even very clean and convenient. Would def recommend.

Condo was dirty. Bathroom shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall making it hard to take a shower. All the bedding was dusty. We all had a lot of trouble breathing during our stay. They did send a cleaning lady when we complain. She did a good job but couldn't get all the dust out of furniture .

Found and booked this property, received a confirmation number and email and it said booked and reserved in the Upcoming Trip section of my account. Was also charged a vrbo service fee which looks like it definitely was reserved, or else it was for no reason then. I emailed them on the way to the beach since I did not get any check in details like I've gotten every time I've booked through here or another website but it was after 5pm so I never got a reply back. My family and I got to the beach around 9 and to all of our complete shock they said we did not have a reservation bc I had not called and triple confirmed my reservation after I had already received multiple confirmations and a charge on my account. We couldn't even get ahold of anybody to clear up the issue. The only person available was the maintenance man who tried to help us as best as he could. We then had to roam around Myrtle Beach running from hotel to hotel for 2 hours to find a place to spend the night since we were stuck. Absolutely horrible experience it definitely ruined our first night at the beach. I've never had to reconfirm the conformation after being confirmed 3 times by email. I am now disputing the obviously unneccessary transaction with my bank that I was charged by vrbo for a reservation that obviously somehow never happened but was charged for. 0 out of 5 would not recommend.

We stayed at Carolina Dunes for a week . We loved the location, it was around residential homes just to the south , so we walked in that direction daily on the beach .. Condo itself could use some TLC ,, especially in the bathrooms .,and a fresh coat of paint ..
The view and sunrise was amazing .. The building was small only 42 units , so that was nice , not a huge high rise .. so amount of people at the pool was manageable .. Easy walk to the beach .. Great Mexican restaurant - Fiesta Mexicana close by , with another more upscale restaurant next door Flamingo Grill , great fish , a little more pricey .. Parking was easy at this property , it was located in front of the building on the ground level ... so you could see your car .. not across the street like some condo buildings... There was luggage racks to use which was helpful in unloading the car . 2 elevators .. so there was never much of a wait .

We had a wonderful week here! Lots of space in bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, and living room. Nice flooring throughout. Beautiful countertops and everything we needed in the kitchen. Bonus beach chairs and beach toys, etc. in the closet just inside the door. Unit and overall property kept up nicely, but not without some minor wear and tear. Pool a little small, but understandable for the size of the building. Elevators worked great - very little wait time. We loved sitting on the ocean front balcony looking at and listening to the ocean. The beach is wonderful, and the northern-ish location is less busy than central Myrtle Beach, but still easy to get to everything.
Some things we enjoyed: Mariner Pizza (essentially across the street - I walked), Chubby's Tacos (fabulous and totally worth the 15 minute drive away from the "strip"), Kirk's Ice Cream, Mr. Fish Restaurant (amazing sushi and seafood fettuccini), Green's Discount Beverages (the best liquor, wine, and beer store I've found in Myrtle Beach over the years), Mt. Atlanticus Mini Golf (two great 18 hole courses, excellent "all day" option, with Subway across the street for lunch).

Nice Spacious Condo with Awesome View
We had a wonderful week here! Lots of space in bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, and living room. Nice flooring throughout. Beautiful countertops and everything we needed in the kitchen. Our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 children ages 5-15) stayed at the Carolina Dunes property (suite 506) for a week long Myrtle Beach vacation. The condo was lovely! It was very clean with all furniture and amenities kept up to date and in good working order. We had a beautiful view of the pool, beach, and ocean from our balcony. We were so pleased with the location of this condo- as it was located in a more quiet section of the beach front, but still a very simple drive to all the local attractions. We would absolutely recommend this place to others!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. This unit has been remodeled but there are just a few things that still need some work, one being the ceiling. It was discolored and peeling in all rooms. The kitchen ceiling had been painted a cool blue and looked awesome. The master bathroom could use a new shower since it was hard to turn the water on and off and there was a “repair” to the shower wall. The furnishings were very nice and the kitchen was great!! Granite countertops and new white cabinets gave the kitchen a great look. The ocean front location was nice and peaceful. The pool and kiddie pool were never too busy and my kids swam multiple times a day. We really liked the condo and facility. There are just a few minor things I mentioned that could be resolved and make this place a true luxury rental.
