You will stay in style in this recently renovated property that boasts lavish furnishings and a modern vibe. Nestled in a tree-lined block on the first floor of a brownstone building, you will be in awe of this property upon arrival. As you enter the apartment through the gorgeous living room, you will find that the 19th-century marble fireplace, exposed brick, and large mirror create a stunning contemporary space. Wooden beams and wall-to-wall oak floors soften this amazing space. The 42’’ flat-screen TV has access to smart TV and Netflix, with a virtually unlimited amount of current and old movies and TV shows.
