Perfect location and great property! The host was very friendly and was an amazing Vrbo for my trip.

We stayed in this small cottage for 3 months and enjoyed our stay. This property is across from the regional airport but we had no problems with airport sounds and enjoyed all the planes and helicopters we saw. The traffic noise with people speeding was annoying at times but the location is fantastic for hopping on your bike and riding to the beach or downtown Venice. We enjoyed our time and met nice neighbors who are full time residents.

This condo is walking distance to the beach. Decorated nicely. Steve, the owner, is attentive and a fantastic host.

Great location close to bike trails and beaches. Short ride or drive to town for great food and cute shops. Very comfy place to stay in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

The nicest 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the island. Updated, lots of natural light, clean, close to all Venice island has to offer. I'm definitely coming back!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay thanks to the owner! Steve was so friendly and accommodating. He responded immediately whenever we had a question. His place is a beautiful gem and wonderful spot for a beach getaway! This spacious, ground floor, recently updated unit is perfect for an extended stay in a great location that is close to the beach, restaurants, and to the charming downtown Venice shops. You can walk, ride a bike, or drive a minute or two to most anywhere you want to go. Also, parking is right outside the door. Having two TV’s, full-size appliances and our own washer/dryer was an added bonus. We highly recommend booking this treasure, and look forward to our next trip!!!
