Had all kitchen set up & didn’t have linens 
Sleep 8 people but only had 4 chairs for dinning room table

beautiful location on the San Marcos River. So peaceful. Not too far from town.
would have been nice to have some floats, lawn chairs and access to kayak & paddle to use on river.
