Pool looked like a nice place

I went into the first room and immediately thought. I can’t stay here. It looked like someone had puked on the wall. The door didn’t fit and where the peep hole used to be was a wad of toilet paper. Then I went into the bathroom and the shower looked like it had been used by everyone that had ever stayed here.

The pool area was really nice Ok breakfast

It wasn't mentioned that there were some redecorating at the moment but other than that the place is quite alright.

-Some sketchy people and weed smoking. Would not recommend if you have kids. -Some of the channels on the TV had no volume. -Nowhere in the shower to put soap, etc. -A little pricey.

Location was solid located right off the main strip. Overall, the room was clean as well. The AC worked really well as well. Staff was very friendly as well.

The room itself was tiny. The king size bed took up most of the room. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed. TV channels took like 30 seconds to change and most of the channels wouldn’t come in clearly. There was only one ice machine on the property and it was broken. The breakfast was not good either. Overall, my wife and I were not very happy with this hotel.

The pool was awesome for my granddaughter!

How is this property rated 8.4 ? The door to my room was pockmarked with a dozen holes from so many hasps being installed. In a related story I saw the police entering the parking lot twice in a span of 30 minutes.The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The room reeked of marijuana. The ceiling had paint that was blistering and a floor that was uneven to walk on. The “Lobby” had a couch that was so dirty I wouldn’t let my dog sit on it.

I hated everything about this room from hell. My stay was during an event week and many hotels were fully booked. I jumped on this one because of the 8.4 rating. Shame on you Booking. com for false advertising.

The service people were pleasant Hotel was in disrepair. lol like it was going to be torn down and rebuilt. No ice machine dinning room was in disrepair and there was no breakfast. Some dry cereal and toast bad coffee, no creamer one flavor yogurt

so filthy and stinky! ironic that they don’t allow pets because I wouldn’t want my pets to stay in such an awful place. also, we were in an ADA room which was totally not accessible for a wheelchair because of the small area, the toilet was not raised, the shower had sliding glass door, no grab bars, they left a nasty plastic lawn chair I guess to serve as the shower chair-gross!

our room was dirty and had multiple things broken, we reported it as soon as we got into our room as we were nervous we would be held responsible however I saw another note on the front desk from another guest that had a list of issues and the gentleman behind me had the a list of issues and concerns as well - photos are all from inside our room I didn’t see a place to add multiple to the room

Only had breakfast once. It was ok. It was convenient to various locations. Staff tried to satisfy us and understood our dilemma.

No water pressure in first bathroom shower. Had to move to another room which was better. Bathroom was dirty. Wi-Fi was not sufficient when we were house hunting and needed it for our search. Floors were dirty as evident from our dirty feet.

I liked the location of the property to restaurants and grocery stores

the room was unclean and my neighbors kept me up practically all night. I didn’t feel safe and refused to use the filthy shower. the sheets had stains on them. there was hair in the sink and shower and the baseboards and walls were dirty. there was a foul smell in the room as well.

i did not like anything about this property beside the gentleman that checked me in. His Hospitality was tremendous and greatly valued.

everything about this property was disgusting. It was filthy. The ENTIRE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED and whoever oversees them should be fired also. i wouldnt stay in this hotel if they gutted it out and rebuilt it from the ground up. i had 4 different rooms and they all were dirty and falling apart. you could tell nobody cleaned properly in any of the rooms. i had to bring a bottle of bleach just to clean alot of places they didnt. i had dirt spots all along the walls, the shower doors was grimey and broke where it came off the henges 2times. along the walls in the shower was hardly cleaned and not to mention my room door did not lock due to the door not being put on properly. The bathroom cabinet door feel off, luckily my 4yr was no where near. not only did that fall off the wall but so did the iron that was poorly nailed in the wall. the lamps was rusted the shades had never been dusted the fridge was rusted and nothing on the property was accommodating, oh and neither the phone or the clock in the room worked. I was never even asked if we wanted room service or not. this place was horrible i wouldnt let me dog stay here.
