My room had probably 10-15 carpet stains , , the office chairs was grossly stained, and the shower was pretty disgusting with stains throughout the whole shower.

The positive energy from the workers and it being by downtown easy access to functions.

Very clean, the suite was amazing and spacious. Location was great. Parking was awesome. Staff was very kind and friendly. Would come back again. Price was very fair.

The bed was hard and not very comfortable, the air conditioner was not working. I was told I was to get my parking comped because of the issues but I was charged anyway and charged another $20 that was not on my original bill

The location was great, and the breakfast was decent. The waffles were excellent.

My first room smelled horrible. My second was very clean and huge but the shower didn't work; therefore we weren't able to bathe properly. My third room was adequate. Another thing was there were too many unsupervised children run around the establishment all weekend. Playing around in the complimentary coffee all weekend.

Breakfast options are limited. No onsite restaurant or room service. Close to downtown but not in the good locations/streets.. The first room I checked into had an issue with the remote for the automatic blinds. They sent me to a new room which had blinds tearing at the side, and there was some dirt and debris on the shower floor, which I had to rinse off.

Location

The fecal covered pile of towels from someones pet let in the hallway and stunk up the entire hotel. No one did anything about it until I complained to the front desk. Floors and carpet have urine stains everywhere.

It was clean. I also loved the fact it was dog friendly!!!

The weekend we went was super expensive. And it sucked they didn't have a military discount.

I had to pay $19 to park which was not disclosed on Booking I don’t know why it wasn’t valet it was on site that’s my only complaint

All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
