There were rats in the house. We were not able to use the kitchen the rats were pooping all over it.

Cozy home, great yard

Furniture really needs updated. Beds are not very comfortable and couch was not cozy at all.

the property is lovely and seems well maintained and clean. overall a delightful home and quiet place to relax.

the refrigerator did not get cold, it ruined our plans to cook during our stay as food safety is s important and nobody wants food poisoning! the kitchen amenities listed a coffee bean grinder but none was available and an additional trip to the store was needed for ground coffee. on our last night we had a nice little fire in the fire pit, after carefully saturating the lawn for 100’ all around just to be safe. but about 950pm we got shouted at from a nearby neighbor “there’s a burn ban, put out the fire”, we simply confirmed that we would and apologized. we looked it up and in fact, campfires in designated areas with proper precautions is allowed. but we put it out immediately and didn’t argue.

Place was clean and quiet.

The lay out of the house was nice! Easy access to Casino! Long walk to the beach!

The ocean view wasn’t much! The bedding didn’t appear to be fresh, from previous renters. Dish towels, pot holders, large utensils for cooking, large serving bowls, needed in the kitchen. The blinds were unmanageable to open and close.

The size was perfect for our families. Plenty of room.

The floors seemed sticky and not very clean. Mildew smell through out the house. Fridge had horrible odor of sea food. Ice in the fridge tasted like it. The frdige also shakes all day. Some switches for outside lights didnt work. Shower head in one bathroom was broken. Toilet ran all day and night in the other bathroom. Could have had a few more pots and pans. Lacked a few kitchen amentaties including no garbage bags

Location was perfect for our family needs

There was some puddling of water in the garage as a result of rain.
