The location was amazing! Had a great kitchen and back porch.

The property is dated with some upgrades.

Great location right on the coast, quiet and close to shopping and beach access in walking distance. Overall nice place for the price.

Was a little dark at night mostly because quite a few lights weren’t working, was a lot of dog poop in the yard dangerous to walk around, and maybe update the futons into something more comfortable. Pictures make it seem a bit bigger than it actually is, be ready for small shower.

I felt it needed a thorough dusting and the floors needed to be deep cleaned. No pet bags or enough tp.

The location was fantastic. The beach access was only a few minutes walk, and our dog loved going to the beach in the morning. In the evening, my husband and I enjoyed having some wine watching the sunset and seagulls flying over the ocean. The grocery stores nearby made our stay very convenient as well. You can tell the house is older and needs some maintenance and updates, but it is a cute house and we enjoyed it. Also the price was very reasonable compare to other homes on the same street.

A couple minor things that confused us. It was not clear to us where the house key was. I kept trying the old (broken?) keypad for a few minutes before I realized there is another one hidden in a black cover. Also, we didn't see a dishwasher in the kitchen although the checkout instructions said to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

The view we as excellent and the cozy feeling was amazing it made us feel right at home.

The shower was a bit small and it was very cold when we got there.

The home was cute and cozy! Loved the deck, sitting in the morning with coffee watching the waves. Kitchen was awesome, stocked with everything we needed! Lots of towels and tp!

The view and the location were spectacular. Management took care of the internet issue immediately.... the owner had not paid the bill! Washer and dryer.

The photos on the site misrepresent the space. The living room futons, which were not in the photos, were disgusting. Ripped, dirty, smelly, stained... I covered them with my own sheets to sit on to watch tv. There are no screens, so flies were a problem at times. The deck is rotting and has exposed screws and nails. Toaster didn’t work. There is nowhere to store food in the kitchen, and not enough silverware. The curtain in the bedroom provides no privacy and it is right at street level. There are 2 beds, 2 futons and only one extra blanket. Cob webs everywhere. Water stain spots on walls... I worried when it rained.
