The view

How old and worn and dated everything was, the apartment had a weird smell. I will stay at the property again, just won’t stay in the us unit. Hopefully there are some that have been keep nice

I like the location of the Sand and Sea.

This condo was damaged. The fans in the bathrooms did not work. It looked like there was mold in the hall bath. the curtains were broken and did not close properly. The carpet had what looked like cigarette burns. The furniture was old and stained. We had to throw away a wine glass that was put away cracked and chipped. The hide-a-bed had food crumbs in it when we unfolded it. The whole condo is just old and not taken care of properly.

The location

Stayed here several times before and all of our stays in other units would have deserved an A+ rating , however this stay was not even close . Immediately upon arrival it was clear that this unit needs a serious cleaning and definitely major upgrading. The furniture is old and dingy ,the bedroom heating is so insufficient the rooms are freezing! The bathroom shower door has been replaced with a cheap unfitting curtain, the curtains in the living room look like they have never been cleaned, the pots and pans are very old and worn and we didn't even want to use them . We will return to the Sand and Sea condo, but I'll never stay in unit 100 again.
