It was extremely elegant and grand feeling. Lots to do for the kids as well as the adults. Felt like home. The views are fabulous and the location is so close to the outlets and much more. Just an amazing place to stay. The views are one of many things this place had to offer.

Outside of being dated, the wear and tear on the place and maybe the parking being a little tight I can't say much wrong about it, people will complain about the stove and carpets ECT... But for what your paying and for the level of class the place is it is a damn good deal for the price so suck it up people. Lol

Thr view was stunning and the house decor and art were very tasteful. The pair of eagles that visited each day were the highlight.

The wear and tear on the home is evident with delayed maintenance needed. Front door lock didn't work. Oven has been out of order for some time. Dining fireplace didnt work, dining chair broken, BBQ unusable, upstairs carpet soaked by sliding door among other issues.

The view was amazing, the location was great.

Beautiful, large place with amazing views.

1. Pictures imply there are stairs to walk down to the beach, but it turns out they are privately owned by neighbors and you can’t use them. It’s a very long walk to the public access point. 2. There are many broken things including two sinks, a door, the oven, the tv, and many of the lights. A nice local Vacasa rep brought by a toaster oven to use instead of the main oven, but the many signs about broken fixtures give the impression that no one intends to do any repairs. 3. We couldn’t get the front door electric lock to lock and called the number listed for help. The customer service rep from Vacasa (national office) was surprisingly rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. She said she would send a local rep to help, but no one showed up.

The view is outstanding. The kitchen appliances work well. New washer and dryer that were easy to use. Toiletries were stocked well.

I had stayed at the home 2 years ago. It has deteriorated. Linens need to be updated because they are "washed out" and faded. Lights are difficult to figure out even with some of them being marked. Most lights were not in working order. Faucets need a severe upgrade. The tub spout on the main floor comes off and most of the bathroom and kitchen sink fixtures are loose and worn out. No instructions on using any of the TV's and the bar TV and downstairs bedroom tv are way too old. The furnishings are very old and scuffed up. The dining room table is stained and "worn out" as well. Only 1 bar stool was available for the kitchen bar. I bragged to my family about this home and was a bit embarassed with all of the problems. You do pay quite a bit of money and items should be updated and kept in good shape I feel. This is such a beautiful home that a little pride to keep it up to date, clean and paint chips taken care of is desperately needed.
