We were told we could have early check in and cart rental since no one occupied the cabin the day/night before. When we arrived, it was a mess and dirty. The receptionist on the phone was not accommodating at all. The pool was drained the second day, so we couldn’t swim there. The bottom bunk bed in the third bedroom was broken, so that was unusable.
