We enjoyed staying there, but it shouldn't cost $400/ night to stay in Buffalo.

Nice hotel, not enough staff, the sole registration clerk had to answer phones while we were in front of her. $3 for a tea bag is just an outrage, as well as a fee for internet access. Well located, but Buffalo is small.

The common areas of the hotel are worn.

very clean, large rooms, excellent staff. upon arrival, I was so tired I left my 5000 new macbook laptop somewhere in the lobby. day after I asked front desk and they actually had my laptop. I was so happy. 5 star staff for sure.

It did not meet expectations, overpriced, lackluster & disappointing are the kindest words I can use

the staff is unhelpful. The staff did not properly have any wake up calls and even after I brought it to the staff's attention, NOTHING was done to fix it.

Poor

Our room was not ready until approximately two hours after check-in. The room was relatively clean but it was missing toilet paper, shower gel, etc, and we had to call downstairs twice for those things to be brought up to us. For the price, I expected a bit better service but its possible the hotel is suffering from a worker shortage just like so many other businesses.

The lady that checked us in was very good and helpful.

Quick turnaround trip. I was very comfortable.

Hotel staff were very friendly, the room was spacious even though it was way different from the pictures online that described the room. The food and coffee in the lobby were good. Overall I enjoyed my stay and when I go back to Buffalo I will be staying at the Westin.

Room I paid for was not the room I got.

Fragrance needed

The staff was very accommodating, & that's a huge plus in my book! They went beyond making sure I was satisfied with my accommodation. The upgraded room was really nice. The bed was wonderful.

The first thing a person notices when they walk into a hotel lobby is the smell & then the view! It was in management there, I would definitely have my guest walking into a wonderful smelling hotel! Upon entering here at this location it smelled horrific! Invest in long last fragrances for your lobby PLEASE &THANK YOU

There were unpleasant oders in the main entrance room and the rooms. Not sure what it was.

Superb

It was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Always had a smile.

The only thing I did not like was the Alexa device in the room. I'm just not a fan of those types of devices but thankfully I could unplug it.
