Great location, nice spaces… a bit snobby with the pool

The location was amazing and the hotel itself was great! Staff were kind. The rooftop was lovely.

The fact that we couldn’t get a bottle of wine at the roof because it was “club prices” at 2pm… $400 for a bottle of wine? Even the server said she didn’t know why. Put a very sour taste in our mouths.

Great facilities, pity about the guest experience

The cleanliness and the location. The Highlight room on the terrace was the highlight of this hotel

The hotel is a slight anomaly to me in that the staff dont seem to care about the guest experience at all. Its a pity for such a nice place

Okay, but not the best.

The room was comfortable and the hotel is nice. Centrally located to the Walk of Fame, lots of dining/entertainment options.

The hotel staff was nice when you could find them. There was a wait to check in when I arrived because no one was at the front desk. Later, when I tried calling the front desk no one answered, I called room service and no one answered, and finally I called the outside line and waited for 10 minutes before someone answered. The hotel doesn't provide coffee or tea in the room. You have to go to the lobby (room service doesn't answer) to get your own. If you drink tea, you're out of luck. You'll be charged $5 per cup - if the barista is there, which he's not always. You may have to walk down the street to the nice cafe on the corner to get a cup as I did.

Top Lage und sehr viele Kleinigkeiten die man heute nicht mehr oft findet. Z.B.: Gratis Kaffee bis 11:00, Gratis Getränke im Gym, Gratis Wasser am Pool,…

Der Parkservice hat 60 Dollar pro Tag gekostet und 200m entfernt liegt ein Parkahazs für 17 Dollar/ Tag.

Very nice boutique style hotel in a great location. The negative was the loud nightclub on the roof

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop bar.

They have a night club on the roof that opens at 10pm and goes to 2am. If you are staying on the 9th floor as I was you will be kept up from the loud music from the night club.

Pessima estancia! Trato horrible

No me gustó nada

Pesimo hotel! La peor estancia de mi vida. El robot era más amable que el personal. La manager nocturna keela, una prepotente, y grosera. No dan aguas de cortesia. Y cuando se las piden dicen que pagando, la noche cuesta 240 dlls y ni te dan eso. No ayudaron con las maletas. Y cuando llegamos no habia nadie en recepción, tuvimos que esperar mas de media hora para ser atendidas. Muy ruidoso y ambiente medio peligroso. Muchos borrachos y homeless. No se queden aqui!

geschikt hotel als je in de zomer boekt dan heb je meer aan het rooftop

de lobby binnenkomst is leuk, je hotelkamer met open douche is ook mooi. Je hebt op het dak wel uitzicht op het hollywood sign

Het zwembad was gesloten want er was de avond daarvoor een event geweest, de volgende dag was het zwembad en hele rooftop gesloten omdat t wat waaide, en de dag dat we vertrokken was het zwembad wel open maar echt niet verwarmd water dus hadden we alsnog niks aan het verblijf daar, ik Voelde me wel in de maling genomen. We boekte het omdat je heerlijk daar boven op de rooftop verwacht te kunnen relaxen en zwemmen maar dat was zeker niet t geval.

Pricey for the service you get

The location is just steps away from the Walk of Fame and other touristy places to see.

There was no concierge. We have to bring our luggages up to the room and bring it down ourselves.

My dream hotel stay while in LA

everything!! great location and bright lobby with friendly staff, three fantastic restaurants and a great pool

The fact that no coffee or tea facilities were in the room, plus the towels when wet had a damp smell!!!

Great location for foods and to have drinks. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely enjoyed my stay here

Potential if under correct owners and managers

Good deal for the location and the amenity

The staff are very nice and helpful. The location wqs perfect you have everything around you! They even give you free pass for the highlight room on a party night 😎

Room service delivery was slow to the point I went down to get my self a bucket of ice 🙃. No room slippers were available.

Good Stay

Very clean hotel and nice staff

It is no fault of the property, but there was a lot of homeless in the surrounding areas of the hotel. As a female solo traveler, I did not feel safe walking alone in the surrounding blocks of the hotel. The hotel did have security at the entrance

Great hotel but impossible to sleep due to the club next door!

Do not stay at this hotel if you want to sleep anytime before 2.30am, a new club has opened next door and the rooms are not sound proofed at all. I could literally feel the bass from the music vibrating through my entire body. It’s such a shame as it’s a nice hotel but for me the main function of a hotel is having a place to sleep and it’s impossible to sleep here.

Nice modern hotel

It is a very nice facility and it is convenient for those who want to go out at night. There are a couple clubs around including the rooftop it has. There are also food trucks around the corner that have good food.

Parking was very expensive. Clubs near by can be a little too loud

Lovely Staycation for the weekend

Bedside lamp was not working. After reporting and waiting for engineer, nothing was done. Samsung Large LCD had a large bright spot (bad pixels) on it.

Great stay for a decent price

Security had a bellhop and travel services could be arranged by the hotel. Overall good price and felt extremely safe in a heavily tourist area.

The concierge desk and the valet desk don’t have a defined communication process.

Le design et la vue du rooftop sur Hollywood Sign

Cet hôtel est cher pour les prestations qu’il offre. Nous voyagions entre amis et rien n’a été fait pour fournir une chambre respectant l’intimité de chacun. De plus, et j’insiste, soyez VIGILANT : j’ai payé via booking avant mon arrivée. Au Check-In, le réceptionniste m’a refait payer sous prétexte qu’il ne voyait pas le versement. Le dépôt de garantie est prélevé et non gelé sur votre compte (600€). Cela fait plus d’1 mois que j’ai quitté l’établissement et a l’heure actuelle je n’ai pas reçu 1 centime de remboursement (prix de la chambre + dépôt de garantie). Je peux en l’état actuel qualifier cet établissement d’ARNAQUEUR.

Location was great to visit my son .5 miles away. Evening wine, cheese and crackers was lovely.

Room was small, shower across the room from bathroom was odd, no coffee maker in the room and I couldn't get ice by myself, you had to ask for it.

The staff was very accommodating. The AC in our room was not working so they switched our room with an upgrade. The showers are amazing and beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean. We had to depart early in the morning and it was nice to see security had been there through the night.

We wanted to enjoy the pool and rooftop lounge but there was a pool party happening, it seemed with non hotel guest, that was packed and the the rooftop closed when it was over. So we didn’t get to enjoy it.
