We had a place to stay.

I am thoroughly disappointed in the customer service responses from BOTH Booking.com and the Red Roof Inn. I have been given the run around from both companies - I am pretty sure you have the language down PAT in how to blame each other and no one steps up to help resolve a one night refund.

Room was clean. Manager and housekeeping pleasant.

Room was dark. The wall behind the bed should be a lighter color. Table was too big for room. No breakfast. Lobby restrooms were marked Out of Order. The price was way too high for this room.

close to highway and restaurants

hard bed. people hanging out.. didn’t feel safe. couldn’t check in on time because desk clerk wasn’t on-site. left property and I had to wait outside until she returned

Perfect location for me for the activities I did for the week.

Staff were friendly and helpful when I declined room cleaning but required towels replacement.

Nothing I didn't like.

Very close to Ellenton mall 6mins, anna maria & bradeton withim 30 mins

Maybe a little tired , but all else outweighed

It was a little hard to locate using mapquest. Had to make U turns to get to it.

I tried to get a king and I ended up with double in the beds were awful

l didn’t get to the hotel until 1:30 am due to a flight change. clerk was available
