Breakfast was phenomenal. Vicky is a Michelin class chef. Grounds were beautiful. It was a most restful stay.
Leaving was hard, but we had to get back home.

It is a gorgeous property and Vicki is a wonderful host and cooked an incredible breakfast!
We had the place to ourselves so it was great!
Wouldn’t get the room with the balcony again due to the steep stairs although we did love the balcony! Didn’t get to have breakfast our second morning due to high winds that put the entire town out of power.

The bucolic setting is beautiful and peaceful. It's sort of unusual, in that the Denny House is right next to the smallest downtown I've ever seen. But in all other directions, there is pristine farmland.

Charming historical home on lovely grounds. A step back in time and so well maintained. Lovely and relaxing. I would return and would be great place for a girls get-a-away.

Vicki was a very wonderful host and made a delicious breakfast. The room was large and very Comfortable. I will definitely plan to return. The grounds were so peaceful and the house was beautiful.

The Denny House far exceeded our expectations. Perfect attention to every detail. Fantastic breakfast.
Not a problem for us but the drive to Paint Lick, Ky, from the interstate was quickly forgotten, when we arrived at this beautiful B&B.

A relaxing setting in the Kentucky countryside. The innkeeper Vicky is attentive, but not intrusive. The breakfast was outstanding.

Though The Denny House was a few miles out from our original destination (Berea KY), but we quickly realized we had the wrong destination. The Denny House became our destination and day trips out to the countryside and local communities became a past-time during the day but the return to The Denny a House became the highlights of our day.
Fabulous historic 160yo mansion with great historical background really made the place special.
Very clean, very preserved and most welcoming B&B.
The innskeeper (Vicki) is a 5-star host and chef.
Met the owners who really enlightened our perspective of their B&B.
Only wish they had some published historical books or pictures from its early yrs for us to read.
I just can’t find any negative things to offer
