This is not a failure of the hotel at all, just be aware if you're going to the caverns, this is on the far side of town.

Staff is excellent, location was great, right on the hwy so easy access to the numerous attractions. Breakfast was great. Facilities are very clean

We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. We had a great room for our family of five. If we are in the area again, we are likely to book there. We enjoyed the location as it had easy access to where we were going. The staff was friendly.
