the location was great in the center of menu options for food.

The staff. Monica I’m not sure if she was the owner but her attitude was bad. my room did not get clean one day and I asked for clean towels she basically questioned that maybe I was in the room (putting the blame on me ) and the cleaning people didn’t come in because of that. I explained no one came to our room. After further discussion she finally said well if you want clean towels you need to bring the towels to me and you could check out tomorrow if you want, never did I mention I wanted to check out I just wanted clean towels. If I familiar with the stress and not getting moved around in Lyft I would have checked in to a different location. I needed to shower so I had to go back to my room and come down and then get clean towels. Otherwise I would not get any. I did the cleaning person’s working. The pillows were flat and old. The good things about this place was the air worked perfectly. It was so hot but the ai it bearable. I will never stay here!!! Many other choices available that would be a better choice. The building is old and dirty outside. Run do not stay a this location you will regret it.

Rooms need an upgrade. Pillows were flat. Roaches in restroom. Someone came into the room while we were asleep, I guess trying to clean. No "do not disturb" tags available.

Bad service. We got there 3 mins prior to check in at 3pm and said we needed to wait. After waiting the 3 mins we went to check in and our reservations couldn’t be found making us wait another 30 minutes. When we got to our room, it smelled of strong cigarette odor and had some trash still on the floor.
