Great. They made first trip to San Diego a truly enjoyable one.

Great room & bath. Nice TV and cable. Good Wifi s well.

They really cover the bases here. I can't think of anything I would complain about.

All the amenities were great. Especially the staff; gracious and welcoming.

Breakfast variety was perfect. Location was convenient to many of our destinations.

Really met all my needs. Enjoyed the food, bar, staff, room, location. I’ll come back to Hyatt.

It’s cool but not the greatest

Location to where I needed to be was a plus.

Some of our outlets in our room did not work. There were dirty dishes in the elevator. Kinda noisy after hours.

We’ve stayed here before, needed rooms cleaned, and rates were lower. It was too expensive for what.

Book Directly

Breakfast was nice, rooms are big and clean, pool is just right temprature. The parking is not free but they gave us free parking because of construction that was going on, so that was nice of them.... The counter staff are sweet, helpfull and nice. I will stay there again and would recomend it.

No fault of the property, I thought I payed online but when I got there they said "NO", so apparently Booking com and/or Priceline dosn't interface with the payment system so I had to pay agian. I recomend booking throu the Hotel not using Booking com and/or Priceline anymore. I never had this probem with Adgoda. I'm still not sure if I was double charged or not, still trying to figure it out.

Overpriced, stingy, not welcoming

The pool.

$14 per night to park in their largely empty parking lot. No blankets on beds, just a couple layers of sheets. When I called to ask for a blanket they told me to come get it myself. For $300+ per night in suburban San Diego, this stuff just feels petty and stingy. Huge table lamp between beds has outlets that don't work w American plugs!!? Huge lamp shade stained and broken. The hallways are long dark brown tunnels that are pretty depressing. Second floor hallways and room doors are surprisingly beat up. Raise your game Hyatt.

Not really a complaint but they use a lil too much chlorine in the bathroom / shower which is a good thing but kinda burned my eyes when showering.

The location is great.

We are staying one night for a business meeting for the next day. The reception is not unfriendly but very stiff. We didn't get any warm feeling for our check-in. Plus we are told on the spot that we had to pay extra 14 dollars for parking outside on the hotel ground. What a shame for such a hotel! Then in the evening there is an electricity service stop for about half an hour. We are just informed this without any apology. The room is not partially nice and a bit old fashioned. Looks like it hasn't been renovated for years. It looks much worse than the photos showed on booking.com. Only the breakfast can make up a bit. The breakfast is quite good for American hotel standard. We can't complain about the breakfast at all. But in general, 180 dollar per night for such a hotel, we wouldn't choose again. Airbnb is much better.

Poor

They “cleaned” our room before we checked out- they stole $400 dollars worth of out belongings. It many emails, phone calls and bad attitude from the hotel assistant manager- to finally get almost dollar amount of what they stole!

Very good

It was close to La Jolla and Torrey Pines which was nice. The facilities are very clean. There was a very good breakfast buffet and I went back for seconds. It's an easy drive to Balboa Park area which was also nice.

I feel like it's a bit too expensive. It's not much less than a beach front hotel in Laguna Beach. Hotels in San Diego are pretty pricey. This wasn't cheap but it was still better than the alternatives for what I needed.

I survived but it wasn’t great

I liked that there was a full kitchen set up and living room area rather than just one big bedroom.

It seemed super outdated. The hallways were poorly lit and had lots of stains on the carpet. The hot tub wasn’t working. The breakfast was cooked poorly with a pool of water used for each item. The bed felt like a soft brick. I prepaid for parking on the booking app and they were trying to charge me for it.
