-2 horas de espera por una habitación reservada con días de antelación. -La máquina de hacer hielo del piso 4 no estaba en funcionamiento. -No había suficientes puestos de estacionamiento, por lo que no pudimos salir del hotel a cenar en la noche para no perder el puesto. Tuvimos que ordenar a través de Ubereat. -Bajamos a desayunar a las 9:30 am. Y ya no tenían comida, ni jugo ni café. Después de esperar 20 min. Pudimos comer 1 bagel con tres salchichas y un café. Era lo único que tenían a esa hora. -No tenían un acceso directo a la playa, por lo que tuvimos que caminar 5 min. a las afueras del hotel hasta encontrar la entrada más cercana. -A pesar de que está prohibido fumar en las habitaciones no pudimos asomarnos al balcón de la habitación porque entraba un fuerte olor a Marihuana y cigarillos de la habitación continua.

Specifically put beach access and outdoor pool in the search drove 4 hours there on Mother’s Day with my 3 young children only to find out there is no pool and no beach access. Shower has barely no pressure so for perspective getting a little shampoo out of my boys biz cut hair was a task water was lukewarm at best, so you can imagine how long it took me to wash my own hair halfway down my back. Also on the reservation I booked check in time we arrived and the room was still not ready at 6:30pm and were waiting 45 mins for the room to be inspected but were told not to worry it was already clean. Not sure what took them 45 mins but by 45 mins with 3 kids we decided to take our bags with us and go get food and return when they were done “inspecting” the room. By far the worst booking I have ever done.

The staff was really great, upon our first day to our last the staff was amazing. Special shout to Morgan at the front desk. In addition to the staff breakfast was generally good.

The bathroom door in the room would not stay closed which made the stay with my work mate a little challenging at times. In addition, there is no pool, it is fill in by sand. Which makes the images on the website misleading. Also parking absolutely is horrible, once the lot fills which does not take much, you must park across the street.

Nothing it was dirty it smelled horrible it was hot in the hallways they didn’t come to clean the room after I called three times. Then when I went to the front desk they decided to inform me that they don’t clean the room until the 3rd stay. The best they can do is take the trash out and give me new towels and sheets.

That it is ocean front and that it was ocean front.

The room was dirty. There were no chairs at balcony. No pool and no direct access to beach.
