we had no hot water one day coffee machine in the room had no place to plug in the tv was terrible

Staff was great . very friendly and helpful.

Night clerk entered my room without knocking at 11:30 PM. Then called me down to the front desk to prove that I was a guest. Wasted my money there. No sleep because of the night clerk and definitely NO privacy.

The breakfast was amazing! They had eggs, sausage, toast and English muffins. Two cereals, juice and coffee. Probably, pancake. I did not notice.

I think it’s time for room updates. Carpet on floor and bathroom tub was peeling. Tub doesn’t drain well when you are taking a shower.

Booked for one room. Needed to switch rooms due to bathroom maintenance issues. Second room had me standing in a puddle of my own pee nor did the water ever get remotely close to warm. It was very cold. I inquired about a refund but the gentleman at the desk the following morning had a nasty attitude. Very nasty. Housekeeping seemed to agree with his behavior. I had to walk away before I said or did anything regretted. Worse experience.

We didn’t get anything for breakfast because there wasn’t the basic thing, like bread.

The room was so unclean, specially the washroom, bedsheets were dirty looking and burn with cigarettes.

Staff was not seen very much, but those I did see were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big. Most things were showing their age. It was, however, clean. The bed was excellent!!!

Updating rooms. Should not have to ask for room to be cleaned up or for fresh towels. I do realize that most likely they were under staff.

Location was okay. 15 minutes from the Carlisle grounds.

Our room wasn't right. The eggs for breakfast looked funny, not at all like real eggs. They didn't even taste like it everything was off. I really didn't like the room we got, and the guy did nothing to help with that, saying that you're not guaranteed the room you booked with booking.com or any other websites like that. We will not stay there again.
