Location, breakfast, the way room was laid out, cleanliness and the fact that they came in each day to clean rooms
No restaurant, everything closes at 6 in the area making evenings kind of boring but that’s not hotels fault

Everything was great during our stay at Best Western Plus Intercourse PA. It was very clean with with great service and a great breakfast. Just not enough time to stay longer.

The breakfast was good and the location was perfect…..
I didn’t like having small ants in the tub and on the bathroom floor!!!!!! I told the girl at the front desk and she said, I sorry!!!!!!!!

The hotel was very welcoming, it just felt warm and cozy when you walked in. The lobby was beautiful with several fireplaces , comfortable seating areas and also seating areas where you could play board games. It is close to kitchen kettle village and many other attractions, but still felt tucked away. The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Nice big shower, comfortable bed. The hotel was very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

The rug in the room was very filthy if you walk with socks they were very dirty. Rugs should be wash vacuum better

My 8 year old forgot her staffed animal in the room , it took fir them w days to finally telly they found it , and asked me to provide my credit card in order to ship it to our residence in NY ???? 12 days later I called to inquire about the shipment and was told by Manager ( wr threw everything away ... )not 1 glimpse of apology

the staff Joely Ashley and the gentlemen both nights were kind friendly and wonderful. the New Year’s Eve entertainment was very nice. and as always the place was beautifully decorated and wonderful. thank you

I have been coming to the Best Western in Intercourse, Pennsylvania for many years. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always helpful And the location is ideal. The complimentary coffee is delicious! I love that creamer is offered! Also, a great tea selection!
