Deberían ser sinceros, me hicieron pagar $50 adicionales como depósito para poder darme el ingreso con la promesa de un reverso de manera inmediata al hacer check out y cuando lo fui hacer mi salida no me devolvieron nada y según ellos tal vez lo hagan 48 horas posteriores! Me parece una falta de honestidad y falta de respeto. Decepción total

Very good breakfast--better than I expected

Bad odor, probably from dog urine. Noisy (people in hall, some dogs barking, especially bad when trying to sleep.)

Price and location

Hard bed and breakfast as a weird egg with no taste. Only waffles and yogurt and egg not fit to eat. I would not say they provide breakfast. Shower was dangerous. No handles just slick tile in shower. Almost fall down twice. Had to get husband to hold myhand to get out.

Complimentary breakfast, room had fridge and microwave.

Room could have been cleaner, there were also weird smells in the hallway. Staff was not very friendly.

I made an error and booked the hotel for a day later than I wanted it. However, when I asked the gentleman registering me if there was another room available, he told me no. Another couple walked in behind me and asked if there were any rooms available to which he stated, yes I have one handicap room left. Would you like that? I stated wait a minute you told me you didn’t have any more rooms but you offer them the option of a handicap room? Why wouldn’t you offer me that when I’m staying 3 days? His response was, I don’t know. I didn’t argue just got another hotel. But I was very disappointed!

The Room had a bad odor to it . The staff was very unprofessional the manager called police cause my nephew was walking without his shoes on . Had us put out the room for this .

Quality Inn, Plano lied to me: Res 3805747629 was Cancelled on 5/20 #867795902 With hotel at 972-578-8555. so why are they still billing me?!?!?!?! I need an answer
